My strong dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience concerning the Porvasoukhyam site in Kayarambedu.
In late March 2025, I visited the site and finalized the price for 2 600 sq ft plots. I was informed that prices might change, and I requested to be informed of any changes or if another customer intended to book these plots, so I could pay the advance.
However, upon visiting the site again Today (just within 2 months later) to pay the advance, I found the price had increased significantly by RS 300 per sq ft. Furthermore, one of the plots I intented to book has been sold without any prior notification to me.
The service provided today was also extremely poor. This lack of communication, the drastic price increase without notice, and the poor service are highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
I suspect their pricing is not transparent and varies depending on the customer, which I find concerning. Was this information helpful? |
