My strong dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience concerning the Porvasoukhyam site in Kayarambedu.

In late March 2025, I visited the site and finalized the price for 2 600 sq ft plots. I was informed that prices might change, and I requested to be informed of any changes or if another customer intended to book these plots, so I could pay the advance.

Dont Buy from PURVANKARA

Bought a apartment from Purvankara Westend Project in 2020 post that each day has been a nightmare for me and my family. Their CRM team charged me 10, 000 rupees in 2020 and post that i am following with them to Waive off and they responded stating they are working on the same and changing their existing CRM platform to another and still till date no response or help .Their team has no empathy towards customers they look into customer to make more money by looting them by charging incorrectly.

The interest rate has gone up to 3Lakhs and still they haven't responded such a pathetic builder its a sin to buy from Purvankara
Tried reaching their escalation contact number still no luck.
Need an help to connect me with some leadership team who can address it

Prvankara is not refunding my token amount after canceled the booked appartment. Filed against: Purvankara Constructions Private Limited I Had Given A Token Amount Of 51k On 14/10/2019 While Booking For Apartment, And Within A 2-3 Days Due To Some Reason Cancelled It I Have Sent The Cancellation Email To Them, Executive Said Will Get A Refund Within A Month But It's Been More Than Year Now, No Refund

Hello. I blocked a villa in Banagalore Smiling wood B7 block paying 5 lakhs rupees. At the time of blocking I was told that my money would be totally refunded. The villa for which Purvankara got by booking for was sold to someone else since they paid more than me.
I raised a request to refund the money I paid. I wrote an email on September 2020, after constant follow ups with the sales team, I was told that the money would be refunded in a week and till now I haven’t seen any progress. I had to follow up with the salesperson ( Saad Quereshi) and then his sales head ( Azhar Pasha), but I only hear that that” we would look into it “.I am deeply upset by the way PRUVANKARA treats its customers. I request that by booking deposit is refunded by Purvankara ASAP. Please.
