[Resolved] Puspanjali Constructions Pvt Ltd — Builder is not Complete the Project not Refunding Money

I hv booked a 500sq Plot in PP Town Phase -1, Project located at agra Mathura Highway in 2006. We have paid Rs. 2.50 Lac. Since last 8 years Builder has done nothing at site. Since last 5 years Builder misguided and not giving any date of completion of project. He is not refunding Money witrh Interest. Pl. After waiting 8 years I hv lost my patience and Puspanjali name which was known for a commitment builder, has lost his goodwill. I hv visited site nothing hv done on site and front land where the plot was allotted to me have sold to other builder. So I felt that I was cheated.

now i want get back my money with interest so pl. refund my money soon.
