I had recently applied for this job thinking it to be genuine since they had send agreement and license letter in my mail. They also asked for my adhaar card as id proof.
The customer care service is awful. Half of the time they don't receive my call and don't reply to my mail as well.
Half iof the time their server is down because of which i was unable to complete my task.
And hence as a result they got a chance to charge a penalty against me.
And now they r threatening me through a mail that they would take legal action against me...if i dont pay the penalty on time for not completing my work.
I am attaching a picture of that mail, herewith.
Not only that...they are also asking me to pay if i want to cancel that job.
Please take strict action against such frauds so that they wouldnt be able to cheat on people any further.
