[Resolved]  Pv Solution — fraud and demanding for money by pressurising

This is habiba kausar and i am from lucknow. Last last month i. E. July i searched a home based job in quikr and i applied for so many jobs. Then one day i received a call from pv solutions, maharastra. Contact person name rupali sharma for form filling job which is 1000 forms in 10 days with 90% accuracy. She also told if i am not able to complete the forms in given time period then i have to pay them 5200 because of which i asked her i don't want to do this and need time to think but then she convinced me that this is going to be so easy and this penalty will be deducted from your salary wich made me to bely in her words and then she ask me for my address proof. After which i mailed her my adhar card photo then she told me to say yes of all the questions when our company ask you for the job and i did the same. Then they send me some agreement through mail which only mentioned to pay 5200 if i am not able to complete the work and nothing else. After getting my work, i called the person who called me first from the company to enquire about the doubts but she didn't recieved the call. After that i started my work and completed 1000 forms in giventime period and i sent these forms in pdf format. After some days other girl called me (Dont knw her name) and said you have submitted the work but your few forms are incorrect due to which we have called you to i form that you can pay us 5000 and we will make the corrections and then will send the form for checking and you will recieve the salary wthinn 2 days. I said yes and send the money, after transferring money she said due to some technical problem we haven't received your money so please transfer again and without the use of my mind again i transfered the same amount to her. After money transfer she i tried to cal her but she didn't received my call. After 2 days i got cal from company your qc i failed and you have to pay the penalty irels we will take legal action. I tried to open the qc report but it was not opening. Later again lawyer named divya agarwal called me to pay the penalty plus other charges wich was sum total 11000 rs ores case will be filed due to fear i paid the money. Then within half an hour again the other lawyer called me named sandeep and he asked if you have signed the 11 month contract so please pay more 18000 to cancel the agreement i said him that there is nothing like this written in my agreement nor i wastold about it i was just informed it is about 10 days work but he didn't listen and started to shouting that you people don't know about the legal purpose and you have to pay the amount orels case will be filed. I avoided as already i have paid them 20 thousands. Then on day i got message that your case is registered after which i contacted one of my lawyer he said these are all frauds and he send them one legal notice. After that notice they mailed my noc documents because of which i got relaxed. Now again after 20 days one lawyers called me and said your clearance is due and you have to pay 4.5 lakh and we will send the notice to your home address i asked him to talk with my lawyer at which he responded no need of that we will send the notice.
When i came to know about consumers complaint site i saw there are may cases similar to mine.
Please help me to overcome this problem as i don't have any more money. And the agreement they send to me is similar to the one that is already mentioned in all complaints against pv solutions.
