Pvr Cenimas — Paid for a movie and the booking cancelled and my money has not rafunded

At dec 28 around 7 to 9 am I book two tickits of movie Aquaman and I have some UPI ishue so I paid from my card and the payment successful but the booking is not showing then I call so te say your booking is cancelled and say 2 to 3 days your amount will be refunded but from past t 4 days my money is not refunded
