[Resolved]  Pw Enterprises — threats on not filling forms

I was in search of money so i contacted one of my friend and got this job of filling 1500 forms in 15 days. I did fill 1200 forms till now but due to some error or i don't know what the website is showing only 530 forms. Last time i asked them for help they ignored helping and were talking too much rudely. Also there is a penalty of 9000 if form not filled what should i do?
My friend was threatened to pay 60000 and a was threatened that a case has been filed against him and he has to pay a penalty of total 60000.
