[Resolved]  Pwm Company — fraud work form filling job

Hello sir/mam
My name is minal i am from bcom 1st year. I searched for online jobs for my pocket money issues and put ads as job seeker. On 20 april 2019 i recieved a call from a unknown number (Protected) her name was ruchika sharma she asked me to do home based simple typing job, i said yes then she said you have to do 900 forms filling work in 9 days she offered me to submit id proof through her whatsapp number (Protected) i gave my id details then she signed an agreement from me, there were mentioned 4700 penalty charges if i failed to do the work in given time. On same day they send me id & password for online work which should be completed within 9 days and due to my personal reasons i was not able to submit the work. And then i asked them to give me further more time but they did not allotted me the time as they were asking for more amount. Then they started to afraid me by saying that if i will not submit the amount they will give my name to the court nd file a legal notice. Then beyond the agreement i paid them 4700+ 3800 and then they send me an noc and then a advocate has called me his name was kamal thakur, he forced me to pay more 20, 500 penalty charges before 2 pm to clear out or cancel whole agreement and in that case i have paid 8500/- through google pay to the company. He said there will be legal actions filed on me if i deny to pay the amount. That advocate again and again called and started harrassing me for the amount and when i asked him about his occupation for verification then he start yelling at me. And replied me "see you in the court".

It was all well-planned fraud.

Now he was forcing me to pay another 20, 500

Am totally stressed.

Please take a strict action against these type of frauds.
Please help me. I am totally helpless.
