Pwm Maharashtra — fraud part time job provided for money extortion

This company called my brother raghav khandelwal who is a second year student at svvv university. As we are from middle class family, he was looking for part time job. For the same, a girl from pwm company offered him to fill up some forms to earn @25 rs, per form. He had to fill 900 forms in 9 days to get any money. For the same they asked for 4500 as registration fees and him to sign some papers and give his aadhar card copy. Later when 9 days were over and 700 forms were completed, they asked for 4500 rs and an extension fees of rs. 4000 to complete the work in whatever extended period or threatened to file a court case against him. At first i agreed to pay the amount so that ateast my brother can get some money for the work he has done, but i saw some complaints online against the company where they has done similar fraud with other and extorted money from them. Some people who have completed their work also did not get any money from them. Now they have been calling and threatening me to pay the money else they will file case against him. Please suggest what can i do in this situation because my brother is not smart enough to check the documents or company before signing a document. And they have taken advantage of the same.
They have done the same to others also and god knows how many people who want to work to earn some money whie working might have stuck in this web. This complaint is to request you to once and for all stop such companies to attack the youth of our country who wants to work. This is highy discouraging.
