Pwm — they are demanding me to pay money

Hello sir/mam
My name is Atul and i am student. I searched for online jobs for my pocket money issues. After some days I recieved a call from a unknown number his name was Harshad he asked me to do home based simple typing job, i said yes then he said you have to do 900 forms filling work in 9 days he told me to submit id proof through his whatsapp number, i gave my id details then he signed an agreement from me, there were mentioned 4700 penalty charges if i failed to do the work in given time. On 25 march 2019 they send me id & password for online work which should be completed in 9days .After 2-3 days
of working suddenly the site was not working also i was not able login for the formfilling work.I had some doubts regarding my work call so many times to the helpline no. of the company also mailed them but there was no response from their side.After 2 days of happening this i decided to cancel my work and when i call the helpline for 3-4 times then they receive the and i have said I want to cancel my work So please cancel it I don't want to work with you because of your technical problems.Then they said I have to pay 7000 to cancel my work with the company.Then i told him that I will not pay you a single penny.Then after completion of 9 days a advocate has called me his name was Sharad Gupta, on 6 april 2019 he forced me to pay 4700 and some penalty charges before 4 pm to clear out or close your agreement.after that I have ignored there calls but for about 7-8 days some legal department regularly called me and they said me to pay the money along with the penalty charges.I haven't any amount to them but they are forcing me to pay the money otherwise you will have to came in court and they are telling me that they will send a legal notice to my home from the court regards the agreement.

Again they called me on 1 june 2019 from arbitrary court Delhi and they said a case file has been forwarded to them latur regards pwm company and now they said a legal notice will be sent to you address.

Am totally stressed.

Please take a strict action against these type of frauds.
Please help me. I am totally helpless.
