[Resolved] Pwm Xcel Network — harassment by the company to me | |||
Hello sir/ma, am, My name is amit. I searched for an online work at home job. On 12th april 2019 I received a call from a madam named mahi. She asked me to do home based typing job. I accepted the offer in which she told me that i had to fill 900 forms in 9 days. She told me to submit id proof. I gave my id details then she told me to download an agreement software in which an agreement was there then she said to do a signature in the software. On 13/4/19 she send me an id and password for the work. I completed the work by 21/4/19 and checked it thoroughly and as per the instructions i have submitted the work by 22/4/19. On 24/4/19 they generated a qc report saying your 600 forms are wrong out of 900 which was impossible and then an advocate named sahil saxena called me saying to pay rs.12500 penalty for utility and maintenance charges. I was scared so i deposited rs.12500 in the company's current account [protected] at sbi through neft on 24/4/19. Then the company issued me noc letter writing that we both the parties have no objection in future towards the company. Again on 25/4/19 the advocate associates send me an e-mail for depositing rs.18950 for cancellation of agreement but i didn't deposit it. After that we have received a letter by mail on 26/4/19 by avocate s. B deshmukh dated 24/4/19, that i had to pay rs. 4700 (Utility and maintenance charges) + 3000 as legal charges within the 7 days which i had already deposited as rs.12500 as above. And today 27/4/2019 i have received mail from advocate associate of above company that they have issued a case file for legal proceeding and arrest warrent and legal action against me. It is a well planned fraud sir. I am totally stressed and helpless. I can't pay the amount as i belong to a poor family. Please help me sir/ ma'am. Kindly take strict action against the fraud. I am m.anusha .I have a complaint you about pwm(xcel network ) . In April First I paid them 5450 .you told to pay 3500 for settelment and I paid.after 1 mnth they called me and told to pay again for court settled. again they didn't called me .after 3months now they calling me and telling me they have a filed a case and they are thelling me to pay 30000 or they will send me a legal notice to my house please help me from them..
