My SAMSUNG Fridge had some issue on 2/9/2020 and so we file compliant against it

A technician came from Quarmates services pvt ltd

They have charged 500 rupees labour cost on 4/9/2020

And 3187 rupees some other charges on 19/9/2020

today 18/10/2020 and our fridge is as it is as it was. Its unrepaired after 45 days of complain

Please file a complain against this company and resolve our problem.

Now what to do on this please help.
