I have purchased a Qhmpl hand free head phone from Lycem Computer Raebareli on 06092021 a few days after purchasing it an interruption started to occur in the voice in between any call, class, meeting while using it and Sometimes it even lost connection and to reconnect it becomes difficult . When we showed it Lycem computer he sent to Service .It returned few days after and it worked well and again same problem started to happen on speaking to the shopkeeper . After many attempts Shopkeepers took it and returned after 20 days and saying it cannot be repaired .
After investing money on it for quantum good will in the market, I could not even get to use my headphone well.
This matter should be looked after and a proper action should be taken of either replacement or repair from
