I have purchased a Qhmpl hand free head phone from Lycem Computer Raebareli on 06092021 a few days after purchasing it an interruption started to occur in the voice in between any call, class, meeting while using it and Sometimes it even lost connection and to reconnect it becomes difficult . When we showed it Lycem computer he sent to Service .It returned few days after and it worked well and again same problem started to happen on speaking...

Respected sir/madam,
I purchased the QHMPL joystick through eBay in Mumbai. After 27 days i.e today, the product started to malfunction. They stopped customer service in Mumbai and they have not update in the website. I contacted HQ and no body is responsible to take the charge. Now I am left with the defective product. I found these stupids are selling more IT peripherals calling themselves respected brand.
