[Resolved]  Qnc Packers And Movers — misleading & misbehaving

Poor service and fake commitment. Once they come to know that you need to transport your car or material they will chase you like anything and give you unimaginable discount and price. The one who is calling doesn't even understand the invoice and quote, and assure you to lift the material if we only pay advance.
I had a very bad experience with qnc packers and movers. Person name Rehan - +91 [protected] has literally screwed my whole plan, he booked the consignment a month ago with me and asked me to pay advance. He generated an invoice where he has mentioned the pick up and drop location, after I paid he said 2 days before he will inform me about the pick up and everything, now when the week came he began to avoid my calls and after so many messages and email, on the day of shipment he said it won't be possible and we have to cancel or else I've to pay extra 10k feels like extortion. But I've refused and asked them to refund my money, he said it will be put in system and within 24hrs I'll get refund and almost it has been a week and I'm still waiting for my refund from these unprofessional thieves.
DO NOT TRUST QNC PACKERS AND MOVERS
THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT MATERIAL LOGISTICS

Qnc mover and packers in a total fraud company they delivered my house hold and two dogs from lucknow to chennai. I used there service in october. It was the disaster of life they told me it will take only 30k for deleivery of dogs. After taking the doctor gs from me they started a drama saying that they can not deleivery the dogs from train as it os very risky from train as there is no gaurntee if the railway will allow dogs on the train. Later they said they have take the dogs from flight which will be charged extra. Approximately 45 thousand in that case i will get the dogs within a day. I agreed to it as i was really worried about my pets. Later they said they are not getting any immediate flight for which they have to keep the dogs in shelter and for which we had i had to pay extra for the shelter so i kept paid the shelter for one weak which almost costed me 8k. Then they said the will need to buy cage and they will need more money. Finally a after a weak i received my dogs and they came via auto on the which javed told me he has brought them via flight where as the auto guy clearly told us that he is coming from train. The finally after few day my household came and it was all broken literally nothi survived also he took cylinders from saying it will be delivered which was never delivered. All in all they deleiverd a house of 1rk and two days gs fo which they charged approximately 80k. Which is tooo much. Not just that rehan and javed had been harrassing me in the entire process and asking money. They blackmailing me by saying the will leave the dog where ever they are and not let me know. I wish nobody has to go through this.
