Hello All,

I am writing about BAD experience with QNC Movers and Packers. We havd taken their warehouse services and gave our all household goods on rental basis at around 6000 per month and additional 1800 at every 3 months for pesticide, plus 6933 for advance booking and 13000 at the time when they took our goods from our residence in thane on 4th oct 2020.. When we asked that we want see wareshouse to check warehouse condtion, they told wareshouse is secured its not allowed .From Oct 2020 - till Dec 2021 we paid them every month all charges, including so called pesticide charges.. In Sep 2021 we paid them all charges till Dec 21 called/mailed them that on 12th Dec 2021 please return oyr goods, Now when came back to Thane in Dec 2021 they are not delivering our goods and it's Jan 2022 end now, everytime when we call they just give us date of coming monday and then by wed they tell next monday and give stupid reasons of goods stuck in wareshouse. Their address (Office no 65, Gautam Nagar More Chs, Vikhroli East, Mumbai - 400083) is FAKE, we went to Vikhroli but could'nt find their office and no one knows QNC even the courier guys there, their website doesnt open .
Common reasons their person Rehan/Javed gives
1.Goods Stuck in wareshouse
2.I was in wareshouse and phone is not allowed in wareshouse so didnt pickup your call.
3. If we ask them where is wareshouse we want to visit, he says Can't remember exact warehouse ( Where oue goods are stored and they visit frequently ).
4.Best one, Goods will be delivered on next monday 200 %.

Till now that Monday hasn't come and we are still waiting, as per latest status Rehan/Javed will check tommorow monday and gives us some new reasons.

Request the team to please help us in getting our goods back
