Hello Team,

I have submitted my pf form along with all the details on October 2015.
PF Number : TN/53001/3169

CID:C65941.

I have tried to contact the Qsource team via emails, phone but there was no reply.

I have even contacted tony philips who is the head of the company.

The form has not been submitted to govt, for the withdrawal process.
Could you please look into this and provide assistance.
