Quaker Holiday — cheated

Krishnendu bhattacharya and sudipta ghosh, two certified cheater are running the company quaker holiday. We (A group of 7) booked a 9n 10d tour to andaman on jan'19. At their office at sodepur we deposited 50% of total package about 2 months prior to our departure. Then they sent us a detailed itinerary having the names of the hotels they booked and etc. About 2-4 days before the commencement of our journey they sent us the cruise tickets of portblair to havelock and havelock to neil and promised that the ticket of neil to port blair will be given to us after reaching port blair. After landing we got to know that they haven't booked a single hotel and didn't send a single paisa to their port blair agent. After calling them they told us as usual not to worry and all will be fine. But their fake assurances which they were giving from the first meeting didn't work. We arranged all our accomodation, fooding and sightseeing with the remaining 50% money we had in our hand. They refused to give us the return ticket of cruise from neil to port blair. After thousands of call till midnight they finally booked it in the morning on the day of our return and gave us the pnr. Just think how risky it was. And when the remaining 50% money was finished then the local agent also refused to take any responsibility o[censored]s and we had to bear extra expenses (Fooding, lodging and sightseeing) for the last 2days of our tour. So, the moral is never ever book a tour with quaker holiday. And never believe in the polite and sweet behaviour of krishnendu and sudipta. They're devils in man's disguise. They will call you when they need money but after that they'll never pick up your calls. You've just no idea the amount of tension and harrassment we suffered throughout the tour. We're going to take legal action against them. Once again never ever book a tour with them. And remember the two names.
