They have done the exact same thing to my order 18180. Dispatched it 10 days late and then sent different product completely which is of very low price. Now customer is disconnecting my call and have blocked my number from customare care. This seems like their practice with lot of customers, they r talking rudely and not returning money, their website has no option to cancel or return order as well.
