They have done the exact same thing to my order 18180. Dispatched it 10 days late and then sent different product completely which is of very low price. Now customer is disconnecting my call and have blocked my number from customare care. This seems like their practice with lot of customers, they r talking rudely and not returning money, their website has no option to cancel or return order as well. This is a very big fraud they are doing....

I had ordered Sketra GB21 1080P 4K Android Projector on 19th September from Sketra website mentioned below. I got wrong product delivered today(9th November) with dummy sticker with GB20. There is no mention of Sketra on product as compared to product name display on website.
I had called earlier so many times, emailed but they never responded, whenever they picked up before, they have disconnected the call knowing about order number.

Earlier I had emailed if they are not delivering product then they should refund money but they had(some one named Shubham and other person called Rahul himself who used to pick calls once or twice but never picked up afterwards). They had given false promise about delivering product within one month after ordering but they had never really bother to even call about delivery of the product and in the end they had delivered wrong product.

Also I do not find my account in website through which i have bought the product, it seems they have cleaned up history from their system. So I do not find a way to refund and they never picking up call as usual with intention of no reply.

I would be highly obliged if you could please help resolve this problem as appropriate and at the earliest. Thanking you.

I had placed an order for Treadmil through the following website, www.sketra.com in the month of March 2020 and the same was delivered on time in March itself. However I have already reported through multiple email and calls to their customercare about an OIL leakage issue which is damaging the equipment from the day it was delivered however there hasn't been any action taken till date.
