Queen Design Studio — return & refund of the product -

I have ordered a top from the app queen design studio but i have received un except-able product & also which is already used product. Actually i have ordered a top instead i have received a old saree,
So i want to return the parcel so collect the product /parcel because i am not happy with the clothes. So come and collect the product. Or we need to complaint the file in consumer court.
