Queen Design Studio — wrong product/fraud company

I ordered a yellow long gown from the website queendesignstudio.com and yesterday i have received my order and i paid the delivery person 800 rupees and when i unwrapped the courier i found an old piece of cloth and i tried to contact the company through email and the number which they had provided on the courier whatsapp number they are not responding on anywhere and the number which has provided i tried to call on that and it is invalid please help me get my money back.

I have video of the courier packet and what i received was a old torn cloth...

I had ordered two products - one kurti of 600/- (including GST ) and one suit gown of 800/- (including GST ) on 22nd November 2019. I received a defective piece and the suit gown was not even delivered. I paid total 1400/- and received only one of the product. Now the mails and Google forms are not getting answered. In need of help.
