Queen Get. Com — complaint about the product

I had ordered a designer kurti on 8th march 2018 and order no is 71545 but i got an ordinary shari instead of it. I want to return that and get refund but the no. They provide that not exist. I had ordered through their facebook page called queen get.com. Sir please take a necessary and legal action against company. And please clarify me that how i get my money back.
