QueenGet — getting wrong product

I ordered on queenget website, 3-kurtis, looking good kurtis on 19/01/2018 but i got 3 cut-piece clothes on 30/01/2018. After 2 complains to xpeebee courier service, they messaged me that i refused to take parcel, that is not right.
After getting wrong product, i phoned to customers care service no [protected] but it didn't work.
Now what to do?
