Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Yogesh Duvedi, residence in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh and concern is related to apply credit card SBI Simply Save through third party company name "QUESS CORP LTD".This Company employee Mr. Sohil collect all documents and photo verification and applied for card.In first attempt I got application number[protected]. Here I bring to your kind notice without inform me my application reject and till date no one can tell me what was the reason. Anyway after inform to "QUESS CORP LTD" employee second application number generated after documents and photo verification and I got again a new application number[protected] and till date there is no respond. In this concern I talk to "QUESS CORP LTD" officer Mr. Hem Chandra regarding same concern but he is not responding me. I call and message number of times but he was busy in his work and not responding to me.Now I want to close my application and I am not intrested in SBI credit card becuase "QUESS CORP LTD" misguide me and they cheat again and again and my personal data misuse via this company to third company. I know what is the value of SBI, since there are number o[censored]sers so we can understand we have to compromise in service due to cheap interest I prefer this credit card. I humble request if you do not want to provide credit card so why this type third party company hire. Why you do not think this is wrong. I humble request either close my application or issue credit card and assure my data not leak. After close my office I was waiting for ola cab near, yewale tea shop. Meanwhile one girl came & ask for SBI credit card, I say no I don't want SBI credit card because I already have card. Still she insist ok sir, no problem will only check how much credit limit will be available for you. After that if you don't want credit card then that is your choice. Then she take my PAN number Aadhar Card and my name & and put in the State Bank application. She done something for 5 minutes & then she called her senior. When her senior came hi take my mobile and give some confirmation from my mobile. I repeatedly told him I don't want credit card but he say ok sir, without your consent and tele-verification card will not be alloted to you. And his show me some message in my mobile that your card will not be process.
But suddenly very next day early morning I received the message from State Bank that your card will be dispatched within 4 to 5 working days. After that I asked that sales girl, name " Aishwarya" why this message came to me even I repeatedly told you that I don't don't want card, and I didn't apply for that.
She apologize me & saying sorry I don't know how this card came, I don't know the process, I am new in this job etc. She says you have to make the credit card payment otherwise your CIBIL record will be damage.
When card come by courier, I not accept that card & return to SBI bank.
Even I not accept the credit card, I received the credit card statement from State Bank
E-stmt for your SBI Card ending with XX58 dated 17/03/2022 has been sent to your registered email ID. Total Amt Due: Rs 589, Min Amt Due: Rs 290 is payable by 06/04/2022. SMS ENRS to 5676791 if not received within 24-48 hrs. Click https://sbicard.com/quickpaynet to pay your SBI Credit Card bill.
so, my question to Quess, any senior head, responsible person if any, is your sales executive doing this type of job is it acceptable for you??
I didn't applied for credit card and and then who is responsible for credit card statement? Dues???
Is this way to marketing or sell the credit card???
I already alert to my all colleagues in my office and all other offices on my floor, this executive cheating with the peoples.
I will inform to so many employees as much possible in the World Trade Centre that this peoples are cheating totally
Also I will give the complaint to Reserve Bank of India regarding the same.
