And, now Quess Corp Ltd is not giving my PF amount of around Rs 90, 000.

I've been asking to this company for the last 4 months, but this company is not giving my PF amount of Rs 90000.

Even I submitted my withdrawal forms, but this company is doing nothing.

I was resigned from job on Jan 16. Submitted the pf form @ Quess Corp office, the address was Co achieve solutions pvt Ltd no 607, 3rd floor, 80 feet road, 6 th block, koramangala, banglore 560095. I was couriered form on 18th of April & was delivered @ companies office on 21st of April. I'm having the POD copy also. I was called & mailed to company many times but they said that the form was not received. & told me to submit form again. Please...
