Quick Career Service — fraud company who are conning people for money

Company has called me regarding the job and they required my cv after given cv the next day they called me and told i have selected for a job but before that i have to pay sum surety amount for job which is refundable after interview. I paid amount after that they told me they are sending the bill and job appointment letter with in half and hour by e-mail. I wait till evening i didn't got any e-mail from them and after i called them and asked about the appointment letter but the told some process are remaining so till next day you get till 10:00 am but i also wait next day i didn't get any reply or call from them. After i called them first they told me they don't know me after giving my identity also they refused and her executive manisha forwarded the call to one man his name was ravi and they argued with me and after they told me that from them with in 20 to 30 minutes will call come and confirm me about the issue. And after i received a call from them and told me to do some verification process and forwarded call to one girl and her name is payal they asked me some amount for making the verification certificate of my id's weather it is true or not when i refused to give more money then she told we cancel your application and refund your money back for that i have to give e-mail to them regarding refund of my given amount and they will reply me on by e-mail itself and i should get my money back within 7 days. After i did e-mail i didn't get any reply then again next day i called them and i asked about my money and also about the reply of e-mail, they directly told me they are not going to do any e-mail regarding the money back and they refused. Again executive manisha transferred the call to payal and she also refused to send any type of e-mail regarding the refund of money and also she told me that i get my money with in 45 days and when i asked her to give me a company authorized person name, e-mail id and cell number that also she refused to give, i also asked her to say me company proper address that also she refused.

I only request you to kindly take a action on them and if it's possible to refund my amount.
