Dear sir,
With the recent outbreak of corona virus and thereafter changes in india like 21 days lock down and financial implications of it, the loan which i took from you seems to be highly impossible for repayment as of now immediately for me.
I took a credit facility from qc 5 years ago for 25000 rupees and approximately i had ended up paying 5000 rupees as interest every month, the interest rates were also very huge and actually at that time i took loan for a hospitalisation need and thereafter i never got enough additional funds of 25000 to close your loan, interest portion itself i had paid around 300000 rupees so far for a loan of 25000. How far is this justified. Even with this vintage and the kind of revenue i generated for that company, whenever my repayment gets delayed by a day their collection executives start threatening me that they will pass on this information to all my contacts and social media. This is very unfair.
As per the present rbi directions and central government guidelines 3 months moratorium has been given for all loan customers. I cannot pay a single rupee now. Hence requested them to kindly fit me in government policy and help me with interest waiver for the coming 3 months and by 3o th of june i shall clear the principal outstanding amount 25000 without lapses.
In reply to this email they again started threatening me that they will approach my social contacts and come to my house and do disturb us.
Kindly do me the needful help, i dont have any alternative to clear the loan and the kind of interest i paid so far is far beyond any banks interest calculation. Please help me by a one time approval for 3 months interest waiver.
The interest they are charging is exorbitant and i dont understand how rbi approved for it. Interest they charge is 24% per month and 288% per annum. Please look into this and help individuals falling into this trap.
