I have been using this app for 2 years now. I always made repayment by due date & reapplied again whenever required & got the money credited to my account within an hour. But this time on 5th october 2020 when I made the repayment and reapplied for lesser amount the amount didn’t get credited to my account. I reported the issue to Relationship manager and she said by eod it will be credited. However I received a mail instead after 24 hours since I applied for the loan. It says “loan could not be processed this point of time. Please send the pending document and reapply.” So i sent the latest payslip & bank statements to [protected]@quickcredit.in and reapplied. Informed the same to the RM and also copied [protected]@quickcredit.in (customer care). I was tole the amount will be credited by eod. But again I received the same mail. Its been a week now i have been applying for the loan and sending them the pending documents and everytime I am getting that mail. Customer care doesn’t respond at all. And the relationship manager is worse. Doesn’t have any idea. I have been asking them for an explanation. They don’t reply. They don’t pick my calls. And for me it was urgent. And in the app I am given the limit and I am eligible to borrow. They are unable to resolve their issue. Very very bad experience as a customer.

I took app loan from quick credit on nov 2019, after that i lost my job and i informed same to quick credit my account manager. Till march i didn't get job i informed same to him and also is manager lokesh kumar. After that due to covid - 19 i didn't get job till now and am could not able to pay the money. But the quick credit team send a message to my all phone contacts. It's impacted image and every thing. For 30000 rupees loan they asking to pay 94000. This is acceptable

With the recent outbreak of corona virus and thereafter changes in india like 21 days lock down and financial implications of it, the loan which i took from you seems to be highly impossible for repayment as of now immediately for me.
