Quicker — Fraud delivery of shoe rack

I ordered shoe rack from quiker, ad id[protected], quiker delivered me different shoe rack totally different from ad id and having low quality.
Delivery boy forced to keep that shoe rack and said no for return delivery.
I contacted to customer care of quicker.. They just neglect my query and told me that they can't do anything as i have accepted the delivery.
Please help me in this case.

I cancelled the order of a product from quicker.later, I got message from quicker that the amount has successfully transferred to your account but i had not got my money back.I called helpline but they are saying your not registered mobile hence they are ignoring. mobile no.[protected].I want back my money.
