Quicker executive call me to avail paid service so that advertisement will be posted in all read and it will be sold soon.

asked me to pay two time one time 1099.00 and next time 1111.00 and mentioned will call in few minutes, but i didnt get any call and not able to connect to customer support where ther is autimated ivr and get disconnected. Kindly help me to get my money refunded.
