Quickjobzz — Bad service

I paid Rs 3595 on 4th of October 2016 to Quick jobzz on their verbal assurance that they will find me a suitable job within a week.
till 14th of october they did not bother to call me or contact me while before paying they were calling me every hour and continuously following up for making the payment.
after 14th October I asked them to search for suitable job for me Again there was silence from quickjobzz till 27th Oct when again I called and informed that they have not even appointed any relationship manager for me so i requested to refund my money.Immediately they started calling me to withdraw the request for refund.on my insistence they said it will be refunded after 90 days .
again today I called them to find the status the relationship manager told me it will take 120 days to refund .
