[Resolved]  Quickjobzz — Refund not given back

Quickjobzz contacted me on 20.4.2017 and offered job opportunity abroad and whisked off more than Rs.75000. When I did not get any support from them as promised I requested for refund. They deducted about Rs 30000 and promised to credit the same to my a/c by the end of May. On non receipt of the same, when I mailed them, they assured me of refund by June end. But till date I have not received any refund and they are not responding to my calls of mails.

I have been hearing this for last three months. Today, I received a call from Ms Akansha after registering complaint with "consumer complaint forum' asking me to still co-operate with the delay in refund indefinitely. When I asked about the time frame, I was told that I will be called back in five minutes, but did not receive any call thereafter. I called up the same number and found it was the customer care number which did not respond earlier. I was told by customer care executive that Ms Akansha will call back at the earliest, but have not yet received any call. I am in urgent need of money, if your bank issues are still not resolved, kindly arrange to pay me my refund from other source and replenish the same on resolution of your bank issues. Why should I be penalized for your bank issues? It is absolutely not my fault. Its unfair to delay my refund.

I was called up and told yesterday evening that 50%-60% of my refund will be credited to my a/c today in the morning on priority and balance will be credited in 3-4 working days from yesterday i.e. latest by 7th July'2017, & that I will receive a confirmation call today in this regard. It is to be noted that neither refund has yet been credited to my a/c nor have I received any call

They have credited 60% of the refund yesterday, but today I received a mail saying that balance refund will be credited in 3-4 business days, which interalia means that the date of payment have shifted from 7.7.17 (as promised on 4.7.17) to 10.7.17. These people do not have any bank issues while withdrawing money from us, but all bank issues crop up and do not get resolved even after expiry of 3 months, when it comes to giving back the refund on cancellation of service request

The balance 40% has not yet been refunded as promised. I 'fail to understand what type of bank issue is there that allows credit of 60% refund and not 100%. I am glad that I did not pay additional Rs. 80000/- that was being asked from me. If they take 4 months to refund Rs.50000/-, then I wonder how many years would they take to refund that huge amount. I think they are looking for some customer and will dupe him of this amount and then refund me the same.

No refund received till date. They have changed their contact no. also to cut off all source of communication.
