I had requested refund of the fees since I was not interested in their services. This was within their stipulated time limit and they agreed to refund after deducting approx.25% from the fees within 30-45 days processing time. This was in Jan 17. Now there is no response to my emails and I have not received any refunds either. They used to call me every day .
