Within 24 hours of paying more the 20, 000 rupees i sent a clear message (which was acknowledged by quickjobzz support department) that i wanted a full refund. according to your their policy i am in compliance in asking for this refund within your 24 hours time limit.

Subsequently i received a call from one the agents stating that they have no intention to comply with their own policy and give me my full refund.
