I have sold a tv unit on 8th JAN, pick up done through quickr doorstep and delievered to buyer on 10th january. But I have not received the amount which buyer paid to quickr against the product.
After doing multiple followup with quickr's customer care executives I get to know they have send one OTP to buyer which i had to enter at one portal when i entered that OTP it said it's expired.
Now the quickr drama started, customer care asked buyer to send a email to send the OTP again but they reverted back with response it can not be regenrate and send email that you have received the product and seller needs to send email that product has picked up from his location.
Now they are saying we have refunded the amount to buyer because there were no information provided by buyer or seller that product has picked up or not while i got the sms from quickr that product has been picked up.
Today's situation is that every alternate day i call up customer care but every time they says that we have raised concern then a lady who tells her name "Jennifer" calls mostly in evening and always says we can not do anything our system shows it was self pickup not through door step and we have refunded money to buyer on 23rd January while buyer also has not received any payment yet.
