Quikr is a fraud.

Quickr site for purchase and sale is a big fraud. I purchased sofa set and dining set and paid quickr for same including delivery and service charge but no delivery. Amount around 30000. They keep changing delivery date every morning automatically and no delivery is done. The took money in advance. Good web site and marketing but no customer service. Just mainly auto emails. Fraud....

I apply for the job in quikr. I received a message vk-projob, vm-projob, bt-projob:

"your application in quickrr for work from home is shortlisted & you have been selected for free part time job. You will receive a 200 images work, finish in 25 days, need 70% accuracy. Salary is 65, 000 rs. All you need a computer/laptop. We send you 2 links click on the link & start working, our agent will call you in 4 days. If you start working we will update your name in server."

After somedays, following message came
"if you are working with 200 images project, please share this code 2xmlnht20, if you are working on 500 images work, share this code 5htmlp20 with your agent only on whatsapp. Share this code to activate your product key. Code expires in 24 hours. Send code only in whatsapp text message. Send correct code. If not your account get blocked"

I received a call that an agent speaks name radhan from vizg he speaks in tamil and send me some links in whatsapp in that link 200 images were there, the job was convert the 200 images to word without using any software, then i started the work and finish the work and send the files to the agent with their procedure within the deadline. He says correct but wait for the quality report and then payment decided and sended. After few days the quality report had came as 94.33.
I contact the agent but she tell an ivr call has been initiated attend it she said. I said no call has been came she said u must pay 687 as sms registration and activation.
After payment "your account has been activated successfully. You will receive payment information on august 1st 11:30 am. Till then please be patience. No need to call agent till august 1st. Thank you"

On the next day "your paypal account has been activated successfully. Your project amount is fifty nine thousand six hundred and sixty six. We tried to add funds to your account but failed to process due to insufficient balance in your account. Maintain minimum balance to add your project amount. Contact your agent for help"

At last they were telling to pay 1553 again to maintain minimum balance. This is totally scam. I lost my money and they forced me to finish within 8 days. I done that work with lot of head pain😣but now they were not responsing

    Good morning to the team I am Kavitha and want to share one incident happened yesterday to me there is a big gang in apps quicker and OLX cheating people In the name of Indian army, with IDs like armyman, I love India, jai hind etc, using full Indian army name so that people will believe them to buy the second hand vehicles and mobiles they asked to pay amt in gpay and phone pe till now they cheated me 18200+ saying they will courier me the vehicle through army vehicle truck they send the pics like we to believe it but all are fraud using Indian army name but they are local people in India from north side saying they are staying in airport transport Indian army from Devanahalli Bangalore I am also from Bangalore in murugeshpalya I totally believed as they said they are from Indian army, and then I asked him to share the I'd card of his all he sent was fraud and duplicate with same number but different names I m Google and in quicker OLX all reviews I saw was same like my insident many people have been cheated, please sir I request you to please check on this as I am from middle class family and have been cheated in the name of Indian army, I have all proofs of call recording, Wats up messages, documents, payment proofs, I pray that no more people has to be cheated by these fraudsters again, and the fraudsters number is [protected] in the name iloveindia in truecaller and in WhatsApp plssssss I request to investigate on the same sir please 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

      I am a buyer and i placed 2 orders on quicker website. 1st order the seller for no reason cancelled in 2-3days. No information of my to be refunded. 2nd order i placed payment through paytm and it was successful after 2-3 hrs i get a message payment failed. No information of refund. Their chat support is not working and when i call them they have msg stating cc executive will get back in 2 hrs but no one reaches out to me. I wrote them many complaints on this but they are not taking action. I request you to please help me. My quicker ticket no.         My nam is abhishek, i was sell sone items on quicker last year. The amount accumulated in my qickr account is rs 8537. On 5th april 2019 i have received a message that we have initiated a transfer of rs 8537 in your bank account. You will receive payment in 4-7 days but after 5 months i haven't recieved a single penny.
        Called quickr customer care many times but nobody responded. It's a very disgusting approach from quickr it's my hardened earn money please give it back.

          These type of fraudulent messages being sent by quikr is causing mental harassment.

          Please take stringent action against these type of companies.

            Hi,

            I'm receiving a daily sms from quickr saying that I've an outstanding of 14K balance as rental balance. I've never used took a home/shop for rental via quikr. Its asking me to pay before the due date.. Buts there's no date mentioned..
            1) I've called customer care but they're asking me to send a mail ID which doen't even have the word quickr. It seems to be an private gmail ID.
            2) Submitted a complaint via quickr website but there's no response.

            Daily morning sms making me so sick. Please do the needful.

              I am planning to file a police complaint if this is not resolved. This is nothing but attempt to fraud .
              Receiving fraud messages to pay outstanding rental for quickrPg however never have booked any thing not even pg from quickr fraud company
              I have never in my life booked any of from quickr but they are sending me fraud messages to pay outstanding rental for quickrPg for rs 8500

                  I have ordered recliner chair door step delivery from quickr. Ad no[protected]
                  There are two cushions with that chair. But i got only one cushion. I contacted the seller. He has only one cushion mistakely. He is ready to send it. But quickr is not responding to get that cushion. This is unfair. I contacted quickr's customer service, they are saying we are responsible for the missing products. Then why i paid rs 399 for shipping and handling charges. Please get back that cushion.

                      We made a deal for Rs.15000 for a golden retriever puppy. He said i have to pay half amount before and half amount after delivery. He confirmed that he received the money and will share the documents about the puppy by evening but he didn't . He even turned off his mobile and deleted his watsapp account.

                          I have sold the product to one customer he had made the payment to quickr on 12 Oct and quickr pickup the phone from me on 13 Oct at 3:42 pm and after I got the message that the product has been from u at this time after that I checked the status of product it said that it will be delivered to the customer on 20 Oct .So I call to the customer care to ask the status of my products but they told me that ur product has been cancelled on 17 Oct and will be return to u with in 24 hrs but I haven't got the product back yet and I call them again after 24 hrs but then they saying that ur product haven't cancelled.Today I call them to ask about the payment of product they saying that ur product haven't cancelled today .Now quickr app also showing that the product have been picked up today. Not I have got the payment nor I got the product back.For the proof I have messages send by them and call recorded

                              I placed an order of motorola x play back 16 gb smartphone on quickr by cash on delivery whose Order ID[protected] but now im not interested anymore in it and im unable to cancel it on quickr app i tried to cancel it but im unable to.                                 Hello as i'm buyer of quickr individual person not a dealer or anything.. While searching used phones i got a great deal on quickr instead of bargaining & sending counter offers to seller i immediately purchased item trusting quickr not seller.. Without contacting seller i had paid all amount which is for phone 3200 + 100rs shipping charges +199 on-site go warranty for 3 months which is total of 3499 rs at 13th july.. Exactly at same date i got call & msg from quickr tat seller is not reachable so they will try to contact & schedule again in 24hrs.. But i tried to contact seller he immediately said me he doesn't want to make a deal & not interested in doorstep policy like online payments tat all he clearly said big no.. So i contacted quickr team they said seller should say tat i replied if he doesn't receive ur call for 10days means u will not refund my money i questioned immediately quickr team cancelled my product & order.. They said it will take between 2 to7 working days to refund amount in my bank account.. But i was worried after researching of doorstep complaints on forums i was shocked tat many complaints were bad & negative pending amount from months of refund.. So instead of waiting till 7 days i'm complaining now itself to make it clear my case bcz it's my hard earned money i don't want to wait months 7days only r very hard to me i can't explain in words.. So requesting u to all plz someone help me to get money refunded soon & quickr team closely look on my refund & solved hoping soon for reply & solution thank you

                                  I sold a desktop computer on quickr and they
                                  only giving me 350 cashback but the deal was of
                                  400. against ad id[protected]
                                  the additional cashback is not given to me and
                                  its more than 20 days
                                  and your team is still working on it as they said

                                  and the same case for my cell phone purchase
                                  from quickr against ad id

                                  cashback amount.
                                  i am already launched a Complaint in consumercomplaint.com but still there is no response from quickr and paytm also said that the quickr only give 350/- and we initated the same and it also received by me. its been 25 days.Dont call me again and again in this regard i am already giving a lot of information in this matter so directly initating the amount without wasting my time and also yours.

                                    It started when i placed the order they automatically canceled my order and did not informed me also and after few day i called the they said that the stock is already sold and they are sorry for that but i asked is the the way you do business is there anything written in your terms and condition plz show it to me and said sorry sir it is not written anything like this we are sorry this will not happen again . then after few days again samsung galaxy s4 was in the stock. so i placed the order but is took 1 and a half months to reach me. after a day i again called them because my phone was not working properly there was problem with the mic and the speaker so i requested them for the replacement and the delivery boy was there on next day for the reverse pick up there is a slip which given by the delivery with the date of 02/03/2016 and the client name on that courier slip written quickr on the top of the right corner they told me that your item will be replaced and you will get it in 10 days after that again i called them after 10 to 12 days they said that my product has not reached them yet and fooled then after ks continues calls they said it has been reached its has reached to them ad they will replace it so again i was given date and again i called them actually i called them many days they always said me some excuses like your product has been and you will get it in 4 to 5 days but nothing and one day they said that the mobile in not in the stocks u will get your refunds after that till now i didn't got any idea how to get back my money from these muggers quickr costumer care executive are playing fool with me telling me that i will receive my money within there days but there in they don, t send any money in my account they done this to me like three to five times its been 1 to 2 months they have not returned my money and the this whole case has taken 3 to 4 months after i placed my orders

                                        Ordered two products from quickr on 10th april, 2016 and was informed that the same will be delivered maximum by 12th april, 2016. Till date i have not even got a call from their representative for scheduling the delivery.I have made numerous calls at their call centre but not getting any response from them. They seem to be clueless bunch of callers there.They hv taken the money and not proceeding with the delivery now.

                                        The pickup got reacheduled thrice so far by the quickr team and still no one showed up in the given time slot. Whenever they contact, its always at the time when i specifically requested not to come. Please close this service if you cannot operate it with good quality.

                                            I made a transaction and I want to cancel the order before its being picked up from the seller as the seller shared more pics of the product and is in real bad condition. Which is not what I paid for so before its arrived and I return back I would like to cancel the order but no response when tried to contact the customer care. So please let me know how can I cancel this order before its processed and I can order/ purchase another item.

                                              This is with regards to the incomplete product delivered to us by quickr.since quickr is all about buying and selling our own products, we had placed an order for a sofa set with a free side table which was being sold by a guy named inder from andheri and we made the payment for the same.as per quickr free doorstep delivery we got the sofa set but not the side table which was promised by the seller on the add.when contacted quickr, it seems apparently they did not mention the side table on the pickup sheet and just picked up the sofa set.when contacted the team, an employee named tasmiya informed us that the issue will be resloved asap.now, the seller was travelling abroad for work reasons and does not have time for responding to the calls or mail sent my quickr.1stly the delivery was delayed by a day and then an incomplete delivery recieved.we have made the full payment of 2500rs as per the add for the cane sofa set and a free side table for the add is:[protected].tasmiya told us to send a mail to [protected]@delivery.com and cc to [protected]@quickr.com.
                                              Which is done.also as per tasmiya the payment has been stopped.so the seller will not recieve the payment untill we get the free side table. But now the quickr team is backing out for their mistake which they did while making the pickup sheet.and neither is refunding our money back. I have attached screenshots of the add anf also do have call recordings if required.adhering to all this, i would like to complain against quickr for non ethical work, mentally harressing us, wasting our time and money for their mistake and majorly for not training their employees to speak politely to the customers and that a strict action with a resolution be taken.

                                              This is true, quikr send me a delivery through some courier service delhivery and the person would not allow me to check the contents of the box !

                                                I ordered this device on 04-01-16 from quickr, it was there on quickr @rs. 100 . I ordered it via credit card and waited for 3 weeks, no update came from theie side, i waited, i wasted my whole 1.5 months in wait for this device i was not having any device so i just need that and i found it at such a good rate so i bought this . I almost called qucikr everyday regarding the update for this device, they said wait we are transferring your call to other department, Soory sir you have called in the wrong department, so on daily new excuses after almost 20- 20 mins of talks (transferring calls) besides my money is wasted almost Rs. 30-40 for everyday, my time also get wasted . I got frustrated from all this and after when i saw nothing gonna happen i just lose hopes and waited for more days ( uptill now almost my 600-700 rupess were wasted in calling them and the precious time which have no units to be calculated upon . i lost all the hopes, then after i called them 6-7 more times, they said sir you will get the deivce . then i just waited .. I was suffering from many problems as i was not having any good phone to do daily stuffs like mails and all .
                                                After 1 month i got a mail that "Sir, sorry due to our system error your order has been placed from the wrong price, so we have cancelled it ., I mean what is this that too after cancellation i got refund with 3-4 days, where is the money which i lost in calling them where is the time which i lost.
                                                I got no responf from them they did not even consider their customers to informs what bthey did .
                                                Such kind of responce is not expected from such a multi - national company .

                                                  Placed an order for a double wooden bed on Quikr with a seller who hosted her ad on the app. Bought it on 21/1/2016. The app claims free delivery of the product purchased through the platform. For at least 3 days since then, Quikr would schedule a pick up and delivery and give a 4 hour long time window, forcing both the me (the buyer) and the seller to stay home. All the times, they failed to deliver the goods. And it has been a week since I have transferred the amount and yet I see little effort in them expediting the process. Further, they suddenly claim they will not pick up ( after 7 days of complaining and trying to facilitate the pick up and delivery), from the 2 nd floor of the seller.

                                                  Fraudulent Calls

                                                  My no. has been to used on quickr for job reference. I haven't posted any add for any job details.

                                                  I have sent an email to them regarding the same but no reply yet.

                                                    I made advance payments for 2 products 2 days ago, on the 7th of Jan 2016 online, for a pram/stroller and for a baby high chair. I received 2 calls and plenty of messages as usual from Quickr confirming the timing slot of delivery as 8am to 1pm on Saturday ( today ) so i rescheduled all my appointments including work to be home to receive both these products. Now at 11.15am i received a call from Quickr that they are unable to deliver and will try and deliver it tomorrow, on a Sunday, the only day a working person gets to do what he wants to do as a family. Unbelievable. The telecallers as usual are so uncouth and speak with a terrible accent, they are unclear about what they want to say and just keep harping on the same point. Finally I asked her why Quickr is calling so late about the delay and she actually told me that they called me earlier in the morning which actually is a very silly thing they do, they give you a missed call so it registers as a call on your phone. When you try and return the call, you can't get through. This has been done by another company in the past too. Quickr is out to make millions but unable to manage the pennies. Shame on them.

                                                      Hi, My name is Abhishek and recently I sold a Nikon D3000 DSLR in Quickr Ad ID:[protected] .The person who bought is from Cochin who make a online payment in an impression that Quickr will be deliver the product to him and that is what website is also advertising. Today when I call to customer service of Quickr Mumbai they informed me that interstate delivery is not possible .They only deliver i.e. this option is only valid for bangalore to Bangalore and Mumbai to Mumbai . No where they have mentioned that they are not delivering inter state .Moreover they are accepting the transaction online from Cochin ...keeping the money with them for 10 days to have some interest .(they said that they will return the money in 10 days). Moreover Quickr don't have any proper customer service number anywhere mentioned. Simply they are cheating people with this online option which do not have any clarity .

                                                      Actually I saw an ad in quickr for I phone 6 64 gb for Rs.29500/- with the number of [protected]. so I call him he say's yes its available and then he call me and send me the banking details of Veronica HMAR Account no.[protected] indian bank and told me to deposit Rs.4500/- so i have deposit the amount on 18-sep-15 then after 3pm he again call me and told me to deposit Rs.8700/- as costum fee and gave me this account no of Mrs.Lawmsangi Tualte A/c no.[protected] and IFSC code SBIN0015615 . So I paid that also then after 4:30 pm he call me and told me to deposit the remaining amount Rs.16000/- to Piyush Solanki A/c no.[protected] and ifsc code UTIB0000734 so i make that payment also. then on 19-sep-15 he call me back and told me that british high commision has kept the mobile with so you need to pay Rs.7500/- so that they will release the mobile and he gave me the same account no of Piyush Solanki A/c no.[protected] and ifsc code UTIB0000734. so i make that payment of Rs.7500/- on 19-Sep-15 but still i haven't received the mobile then on 21-Sep-15 he call me and told sorry for delay our company is giving you compasion and you will received 2 mobile i.e. i phone 6 64gb & i phone 6+ 64gb and you don't have to pay any thing then after 2 hours he call me once again and told that coustom has add the yellow tag for that you have to pay Rs.25000/- and i also paid that to same account of Piyush Solanki A/c no.[protected] and ifsc code UTIB0000734. i also paid that and tommorrow he called me and told that from the delivery person some one have came and hit him and stole the 2 mobiles and the company will return you the money and today i.e. 23-Sep-15 he call me and told that they will give you 3000 GDP british dollar which is equal to Rs.304, 025.28/- in indian currency and gave me mail from fake RBI mail in which they have wrote that for deposit that amount to ur account you have to pay Rs.19, 250/- then only deposit the money. and i told them that i will complaint in police station for that he said do what ever you. Sir I have only this number with me that all [protected] and [protected] and also [protected] sir plz help me for that.

                                                        I would like to start in this way This year after a near to span of eight months september 2014 when I logged into my account tiwari.[protected]@yahoo.com to check whether it is active yet or not then I saw a page on my display with same name as in pasty 2 years QUICKR, BUY/SELL anything I was say bit angry as in past this come is used as a gateway to disturb me in a polished manner so that I should get disturbed if applying for a job or loan or anything etc with simply payingt money at counter of cyber cafe for time I access internet since nit is well known to these third party that I don't have a computer and where I am and my money should go in vain with output result nothing.Since a fine eye on me has been kept and sometimes to harry I am told to buy flat shop cars falling under heavy price
