Quiick Yatra — Fraud, incorrect information, Blocked amount in wallet

Greetings for the day!

I signed up with Quick Yatra to become an IRCTC agent, and at first, they required me to deposit Rs. 3000.00/- to activate my agent account. They then requested that I transfer Rs. 3000.00/- into my wallet account in order to complete the booking process, as this is a must.

I have made another Rs. 3, 000 contribution.

After I paid the fee, I received my IRCTC agent ID and password.

When I tried to make a booking I got an error INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, I asked them why it was showing an error of inadequate amount although I had already added Rs. 3, 000 to my wallet account when I attempted to make the initial booking today. They stated that Rs. 3000 is the minimal amount that needs to be kept, therefore once more, in order to make the reservation, I have made the necessary deposit.

At the end of the day, they are requesting that you pay Rs. 2, 500 plus taxes in order to obtain an IRCTC certificate which was not informed to me prior to registration. Since my money was already in their account, I declined to pay. They finished by stating that the wallet account would be blocked and that the remaining sum of Rs. 3000.00 would not be used.

Please find Below are the transaction details and attached the snapshot of Rs.3000.00 which I paid initially for activating the IRCTC and also I am attaching the what's app chat as a proof.

So I request you to please advise them that I will be able to utilize the amount of Rs.3000.00 for upcoming booking as they are not allowing me to do so, if not please tell them to close the account and provide me the total refund of INR 6000.00 back to my account.
