I have added funds in my quiick yatra portal and the amount bymistakenly went in one of their personal accounts so when i asked them to return they are asking for 18% charges on amount.
Sales team is a fraud stating customer that all servies is one time cost and you will not have to pay anything apart from one amount. And once you activate account the start asking for money to start each services.
Also for every services there is another cost to be beared by customer.
