Quiker — Bank job

I complete telephonic interview round for date 9/6/2021.
i first pay 750 for Reference id, and 3500 RS pay for confirmation letter for axis bank cashier job . they do not give me joining letter, now they don't receive my call and message . he says 5500.RS pay for joining letter, and account opening form. please give me joining letter for no paying any money, if it is not possible .then give my money refund as early as possible.
