This is the advertisement link. I had reached out to the person over call, and they mentioned his name is Praveen. He told me the fridge is brand new, unused and available for only 5000 rupees overall. Then he told me the process through which the product would be delivered - through Army transport services and that I need to pay 510 rupees as payment against the generation of the receipt. It seemed authentic up till this point but the person repeatedly kept on calling me "Bro" and tried to persuade me by saying that "koi tension nahi lena hai."

He sent me the QR code that was to be used for the payment. The code wasn't in Praveen's name however, and was apparently in a person named Pappu Kumar's name, the name of the army transport services manager. I continued to make the payment though, and was told by him that the receipt along with the fridge itself, will reach me the next day's morning.

The very next morning, messages and images were sent to me from this number that made me uncomfortable by the usage of the word "dear." They had even sent the image of a packed delivery, arguing that that was the fridge, and the receipt for payment, which at first appeared doctored. Finally, this suspicion was confirmed when I insisted upon not paying the 2000 rupees charge he'd said needed to be paid to complete the delivery despite also informing me that the delivery van was only 15 minutes away from my address. Upon asking Praveen multiple times where the delivery van was, he raised his voice, shouted at me and threatened to register a case against me, and that's when the deal was called off.

I received a whatsapp message from a person saying that his name is Kabil ([protected]) from Quikr jobs working in japcon company and he said I had been selected for online image to pdf conversion job and for 12 days 12 links will be sent and i have to complete these links and send it to [protected]@gmail.com...[protected]@gmail.com for 12 days and said i will receive 55rs for one image and totally 1200 images so i will receive 66, 000rs as my salary and said this is no investment job so i also did the work and completed and he said i will receive my salary by July 25 and on that day he sent a link https://approxqc.com/ and https://stiffpay.com/login/ via sms named (VM - SHAAKS) and when I was about to receive my payment the link showed error and the agent asked to add minimum balance 2661 which will be refunded along with my salary to this UPI id([protected]@paytm) and after paying he said there's some technical issue and i will receive on July 29 and on that day he said i have to clear p.o.c charges of rs 8300 which the company asked to pay recently and after paying i will receive my salary within 5 mins but after payment he said there's some verification process and after verifying he said i have more pending charges to pay and i should clear all those to receive salary and he asked to pay rs 2313, 4331, 2313 and 7000 rs which will be refunded immediately after paying with my salary and when I asked many questions many people( Agalya, finance team managers) spoke to me from that team and convinced that surely my money will be refunded and so I paid but after payment i didn't receive any money and when I called all their phones were switched off. I ordered PlayStation 4. Paid Rs 4, 500, the they changed the mode of payment from COD to online, Ask me to pay GST, then told me that amount was wrong, transfer again, then they asked for FTA charges, NOC Charges and at last stamp duty. In this way the total money they charged is Rs 65, 000.
I am asking for a refund and they asked to pay more money if I want full return. My money is stuck!! Please help me out!!

This fraud company named Quikr is scamming people by taking money for ad posting but not a single response is received afterward and they never provide a response once you have paid them. Their so-called sales representatives instantly call you when you have posted a free ad and force you to pay money for a premium ad and give you a false assurance. Once they ask you for a small amount but when you have paid that then they will ask you for more amount because you have been scammed already so you will pay them again for service. They are cheaters & just eating money in the name of services. I am going to file a consumer complaint over the government portal as well after this incident because it's not about money rather I am feeling so bad because of cheating!! Attaching payment proofs for reference.

But as i have purchased the same now he is not picking up my any call and not replying my calls and my ads are not posting.

There is no proper response from Quikr.

They gave me assignment and with no notice when i submitted the work they made or many mistakes and asked for money to resolve it bt didn't give me any prior notice or info for it. Please try to help me out of it. They r threating me.
They have taken my identity card or adhar card and signature.

The OTP sent is not working at all

Your executive have sold me business loan lead pack and i have not received single lead as of now it has been more than 20 days. Also executive Pavitra is not responding to calls.

I got a call from quikr Suddenly after I applied for a online job. They ask me to pay registration amount 899. After they asked me to pay 1990 for downloading their software. suddenly a technical error occured and they are asking me to pay 5000 as an amount to resolve it. I am asking for a refund and they are making tantrums

I have applied for a teacher's job on quikr.. i got a call telling me they are offering job for byjus teaching, they told me toh pay 250/- for a registration fee and my addhar.. i paid them and given my id.. the next day i got a call for an interview for byjus a woman talked very nicely and asked about my qualifications and what do i want to teach.. they told me to pay 1500/- as a security money for the job which i will get refund within first two months of my job.. i got a confirmation mail that day, few days later i got a call telling me i have to give an interview where i will be asked some questions about the subject which i want to teach if i get selected i will get my appointment letter or if i dont get selected i have to take 15days of training for which i have to pay 6500/-. I disagreed and told them nobody told me about the training nd the amount earlier.. they told me i have to pay the money then they will move on the next step.. i paid them 1000/- and told them toh adjust the rest amount from the stiphen they are going to pay me.. that woman agreed and told me i will get the training mail within two days.. i got a call almost a week later saying it was a training class which i doubt!! They don't answer my call on the helpline number or who talked with me for training!! After trying several times the training woman called me back saying she is having network issues so she can't call me for classes.. she took my second training class saying she will continue next day.. she is not answering my call or messages!! They have not sent me any email for the training till now!! I don't know what to do!! If the job is fake or real!! My money is stuck!! Please help me out!!

I applied for Quikr jobs which I came to know that are fraud they are making too many calls or WhatsApp messages to me . I am fed up of all these things . Please help me out from all these . They have fraud online jobs from which they ask for personal details and registration fees

I tried to apply in the data entry job, they asked for the registration fee and then i paid it, since i got it know it was in a bank job i decided to drop back since i wasn't feeling good bout it applying in the bank so i cancelled it, yet your employee asked for the cancellation fee and the bank company's NoC fee, later they said that i need to pay more due to some holding issue, i did say that i dont have much and had to take it from someone else, they alse make it sound like they are fully guarenteed that refund would be received yet they again asked for the payment since it was not showing in the system, again i told them that i dont enough yet they kept on insisting i again did the following now its been too much yet theyre again asking for more and it got out of hand. I wish to receive all the money that i have been paid and i will assure you that I will never again work in your service as your company has disappointed me in terms of customer service and the delay of refunding and not able to co-operate despite giving them chances. Its a high time that i would need the refund immediately without fail through "Srikant Giri".

I'm running a Startup software company in Chennai, I posted a Ad in Quikr for my services.
Then, I got a call from Quikr execution (+91 [protected] ~Sakthi Seelan) and he said i'll get 50 Lead and I paid 8, 000 for the services (29th Jun)
But till now I don't get any single lead and the local marketing executive stopped lifting my calls
I totally wasted my money with Quikr services & I dont't need this service and refund my full money Rs.8000

I joined the above said id on 09/07/2022.Quikr did not inform me before hand any thing. When i entered all the columns and boxes and clicked the submit button, a page flashed and showed different paid packages to choose from. I selected the basic package and paid the charges of rs.600/= online. After some time a lady operator from quikr talked to me over phone and said that the targetted individual house seekers for rent can not see the ad and further told that this is for brokers only. She asked me to change to next higher package so that individuals can view the ad. It is just cheating. They have not informed the pros and cons before accepting the payment. Please get refund of rs. 600/= from quikr.

I saw an ad on quikr for macbook air m1 2 days ago..
I then connected with the dealer and paid him booking amount of 2500 and they said me to pay remaining amount at the time of delivery.
Then they called me to pay remaining 13000 rs online as my bill was getting stuck..
I paid the amount.
Then they asked me to pay 11440.52 rs as GST and sent me a bill..
I paid 11440.52 rs..
Then they said me to pay 7999 as insurance amount...
I paid 8000...then they said that I've paid wrong amount...

I paid 7999 again and every time they said me that it's refundable..
Then they said me to pay 5060 as FTI charge to get my full refund...
But the dealer said me to pay 5007 so I paid 5007 rs.

But they again said it to pay 5060 rs...

Still no refund now..they are saying that we have to increase the refund amount upto 50000 after that only I can get my refund...

I have paid above 52500 rs to them and they are just making me fool yet...

I am Sudha and i have applied for bank jobs through quikr then i got a call from someone who said that they are from quikr jobs with mobile number [protected] and they will provide me a job at hdfc bank in data entry position. That asked for my resume, highest qualification marksheet and id proof on whatsapp for the same Number. I send those documents on the same day as the same quikr person told u receive a Selection Letter and they sent an Selection Letter from Mail ID: hr.[protected]@aol.com and in mail only they told "After Document Selected pay form charge amount Rs-750/- so that u will receive an Application Form of HDFC Bank, as i have paid 750 with the given Payment details on Mail which is of A/c Holder : Aditya Puri, Bank Name Indian Bank & Account No: [protected] with IFSC Code: IDIB000C533 after that they send me Application Form from the same MAIl ID hr.[protected]@aol.com with HDFC Bank Logo so as i have filled it and replied to the mail again after fill the Attachement and i replied they Replied and also from the same quikr guy called and told to again send my highest qualification marksheet and id proof so i got again a mail like Document Verification for that i have attached my marksheet id proof. After that i got a call with the same quikr guy and also an Amil from the same mail ID that "Fom HDFC BANK YOUR PROFILE SHORTLISTED and PROFILE VERIFICATION CONFIRMATION IS PENDING SO PLEASE SEND YOUR COMPLETE CONFIRMATION BY PAYING A 2000/- VERIFICATION AMOUNT WHICH IS REFUNDABLE INW ORKING 48 HOURS. SO I GOT SUSPICIOUS AND CALLED THE QUIKR GUY AND ASKED ABOUT IT HE KEEP ON SAYING I[censored] PAY U WILL GET THE OFFER LETTER SO AFTER MUCH TALK WITH THE QUIKR GUY I FINNALY TOLD I DON'T PAY THE TOLD 2000/- RS FOR WHICH HE SAID THE COMPANY WILL BLOCK YOUR DOCUMENTS FOR NEXT 4 YEARS FROM THE SAME QUIKR GUY AND ALSO I GOT MAIL ALSO FROM THE SAME MENTIONED ID AS PER THE SAME WHAT THE QUIKR GUY TOLD.
PLEASE VERIFY THIS AND ALSO LET ME KNOW IS THIS FAKE OR REAL.

One day before i applied for job on quikr then i got call from them they taken some personal information from me and told to pay 1500 as a form fee, i paid this amount via goggle pay then they take online exam and interview which i passed and they confirmed my job for hdfc bank.again they told me to pay 5500 for verification . I strictly told them i want to cancel my profile but they were not listened and telling your profile is confirmed now and you have to pay your money any how if you want to pay half money so you can do this also it is also refundable .he mentally hrrassed me and I paid 2750 after receiving he didn't accepting that money told me to paid total money which i cant afford at that time thats why i cant got them and i told them to resend my total money but he didn't resend it and stop to receiving my phone calls ..Plz tell me what i want to do my documents like Aadhar and Pan card are there hope they will not misuse it..but plz help me and give me a solution on it
