I purchased LAVA Blaze 5G (IMEI: [protected]) on 28 Nov 2022. After using it smoothly for a few months, it turned itself off and did not switch on. So I booked online service through the service at the home feature on the LAVA website for my smartphone on 10/02/2023 and the device was pickup up on 12/02/2023 from my home. On 13/03/2023, the service centre (Everest Mobicare, Kolkata) informed me that my handset was out of warranty due to liquid damage.
Due to careful usage, it is impossible to have liquid damage on my handset. Please take the necessary steps to repair the handset or replace the handset at the earliest as it is under warranty.
The purchase invoice and service centre receipts are attached.
