Dual apps create all apps in background like keyboard, playstore, dialer, message. in other brands dual apps use resource of primary apps resource like pdf opener, photo viewer, dialer and all. but in lava when we open link from whatsapp they redirect secondary chrome, same all this type app.

My phone Lava blaze 5g fingerprint is not working properly when I am updating my phone software that time it is working but after sometime it is not working properly please resolve my problem earliest possible....

My Lava Blaze phone keeps reducing screen brightness automatically, even when I manually set it to full brightness and have turned off adaptive brightness. The battery saver mode is also disabled, yet the screen dims on its own. Sometimes a warning appears saying “The screen is too bright.” This affects my daily usage and visibility. Please provide a proper solution or consider fixing it through a software update....

Hello Iam using Lava Blaze 5g. After the new update my display brightness drastically reduced. New update has bug. Before releasing any update first check it. I know that. Lava s quality is very poor and it's products also. So what can be expected. Why you cheap phone company exist in india. No service nothing available. Fake false company...

I have been used lava blaze 5g and lava Strom 5g, and I faced a problem after installing the security update in this month, problem is when we set "color and temperature" in settings then if we switch off and switch on the phone it automatically sets as default mode .

We ordered a lava blaze 5g mobile phone few days ago which was defected and not getting charged and have many other issues and tried to complain about it many times through e-mails and calls but there is no response. Please replacement this order as soon as possible.

Provide fully dark mode to apps which are downloaded from play store in lava agni 2 5g. Please force the apps to use the dark mode when dark mode is enabled in lava agni 2 5g with the upcoming update

Some people who didn't like the fast charging because they always try to extend their mobile battery life in a long run like me. If you provide the option to turn off the fast charging in lava agni 2 5g then it will definitely help to people who like me

I don't know why the lava was misleading their trusted customers. Lava was clams as in their Lava agni 2 5g launch event as no ads and no blotware apps. But in lava agni 2 5g YouTube we still get the ads, remove them all as soon as possible and remove the lava apps from lava agni 2 5g mobile soon with the update.

I try to buy lava agni 2 5g in Amazon but it showing as currently unavailable in a few of 12: 02 time but in Amazon and lava official website the sale is live and to my friend it was showing as you need to pay 21999 rupees instead of 19999 after discount of cards. Please take necessary action legal steps on lava and Amazon
by consumer commission of india for their misleading advertisements and wrong advised promises to their trusted indian customers. Please do it as soon as possible National Consumer commission on Lava Mobiles.

I purchased a neckband (Probuds N31) and later cancelled it due to personal Reasons. The cancellation was done before the shipment was done as this is the policy of Lava. i cancelled it and later contacted their text support team they don't have an exact date for my refund.. but the official website shows that refund has to be done in 5-7 working days. but its already 10 days and still counting

( Maine cancellation shipping k pehle hi kar diya tha mere lava account par bhi product cancelled show ho raha hai. par abhi tak refund nahi aaya 10 din se zada ho chuke hai)

I have ordered a neckband probuds N31 and due to personal reason i cancelled it before the shipping (As the refund policy on official website states.. order cancellation can be done before the shipment is done). so till date 9 days are over and no refund is provided. i already have talked with lava customer care text support. they also cant give me an perfect ans to which my refund will be done. i have their customer care chats screenshot if needed i will provide it.

I purchased LAVA Blaze 5G (IMEI: [protected]) on 28 Nov 2022. After using it smoothly for a few months, it turned itself off and did not switch on. So I booked online service through the service at the home feature on the LAVA website for my smartphone on 10/02/2023 and the device was pickup up on 12/02/2023 from my home. On 13/03/2023, the service centre (Everest Mobicare, Kolkata) informed me that my handset was out of warranty due to liquid damage.

Due to careful usage, it is impossible to have liquid damage on my handset. Please take the necessary steps to repair the handset or replace the handset at the earliest as it is under warranty.

The purchase invoice and service centre receipts are attached.

This is Rohan Sarker from Narendrapur, Kolkata. I was researching on LAVA mobile design data in GSM & CDMA as a Freelancer Researcher from IEM Salt Lake [Kolkata] in Jan 2023. I discovered that about 40 designs were stolen by Lava Mobile from Reliance Mobile Mumbai Circle costing in and around 2096 Crores INR affecting about 75 % market share for Reliance JIO and other Reliance brands.

I am totally shocked by this accident. Repeated police complaints are going to trash bin with no action from Kolkata or Mumbai cops. It is high time for this forum to take actions and restore 2096 crores INR back from LAVA to RIL.

I am an ex-employee of Relaince Communications Mumbai with reporting to Amit Anerao, Nasar Akhil & Tushar Kharche. I want the whole country to know about this development and I want telecommunication awareness to grow.

I have purchased LAVA A1 JOSH(2021) blue, silver mobile on[protected] attachment enclosed). Recently I had signal and battery down issue. i visited SRI SAI VENKATESWARA TECHNOLOGIES service center, ongole, praksam523001as customercare suggested And the desk guy directly said it is water damage issue. Also the service boy broken my mobile front panel., when I asked him he said what can i do and simply ignored the discussion. Is this the way to treat customers in this way?. My mobile has broken and no bolt was attached.. I believed in indian brand and also I too extended warranty as it is proud of indian brand. Very very dismanner way it is.. I wanna my mobile to be as it was before given to service boy. Else the consequences will be in higher level. Lava cutomercare also simply avoided and didnt lisen to my query and supporting service center. In Lava website its clearly mentioned 1year replacement guarantee.

I would like to share my experience when I visited poorvike show room - Tumkur - 572102

1. When I visited poorvika there is no proper guidance for customers

2 I planned to purchase MOTOg60 mobile, the actually price is 14999rs but in poorvika they informed us 16500rs, even I get same model mobile number for online price means why can't get same product for same price in poorvika show room..?? So I need clarity on this..

3. Well even we purchased same model mobile ( moto G60 ) as discussed with staff and they informed us to do online transaction for payment

4. As per discussion with center incharge Basvaraju we did online payment using poorvika website at 2.08pm and amount is deducted from my account and we clear the payment as per ur staff guide lines

5. Once payment done we asked bill and product but Basavaraj and there staff informed us payment is not yet credited so wait for some time

6. we wait till 4pm but we didn't found any solution, instead of solution they started arruging and rude behivlour with us

7. whole day we didn't get product and as well refund also, so asked plz refund the amount or else provide the product but again they started arraignments and wait some more time really I am feel so worst with behivours of Basvaraj and staff

8. The whole day I wasted for this reason, I hope Time is more precious then any thing

As of today I didn't get product or didn't get amount refund, based on trust we make the payment using poorvika website, but really I loose hope and trust on poorvika

So kindly suggest, whom I have to ask here, whose fault here.? I need clarity on this or else I will intiate the same mail to higher authority

I ordered lava z21 mobile on August 21st and paid full amount .i did not get my mobile till now 12 days completed .till now order tracking I'd also not generate very dely in deliver the mobile.already 2 times complained lava care for dely in delivary but they are also not provide the tracking number
