Paid Rs.6, 000 for 4 Spotlight ads as per their quote, After payment they activated a different package of 105 Silver listings.They ensured that it will be corrected but still not activated the said package& no response from Sales executives, Quikr Customer care.
21.09.18: received quote

22.09.18:Paid amount., from evening no response from executive Sujitha, Vipin, who interacted with me from 21.09 through calls & Mails,

23.09.18: No response

24.09.18: Contacted customer care number& filed a complaint

26.09.18: Mr.Jelan contacted regarding my complaint, He told by 28.09 it will done, but not.

28.09.18: No Response from Mr.Jelan tooo

29.09.18: Sent mail to Quikr Support, While the call is not connecting to customer care.,

01.10.18: Some other person contacted me, He told by 03.10.18 by 3pm it will done for sure and gave 100% assurance, But still its not done.
When calling customer care not connecting to executive.

Either executives : Sujitha, Vipin, Jeelan not responding & resolving my issue.
&when calling Customer care number they are not connecting my call to customer care executives

Today When I contacted from another number they responded & then they are saying that the package will get activated on monday. But still am not sure it will be done on monday, because the same stories they are saying from past two weeks., & they are just passing the days & my time is getting wasted. I want the issue be resolved by this saturday morning

Very Very poor service ., I am not getting words to speak.,

Such a worst service am getting from quikr!!!

still today no proper response from these people., only after calling from another number they picked up my call & now they are asking to use available credits in my account... & after completion of those credits again they will credits to my account...

Is this believable???????? They are not on their words till today & not responding my calls properly how can I assume that they will justice to my package...!!!

What they have discussed completely not acceptable because they wont be on their words to customer...

I don't want to proceed with half & half packages., , & I am very fed up with this issue after waiting such a long time of 19 Days!!!

What they are saying cannot be done properly & I will be loss for what I have paid...

I want immediate action to be taken.

Activate correct package today itself or amount should be transferred o my account today.

Each time they told me that it will happen soon but no resolution now they have even stop taking calls from my registered number and no revert on mails.

      I mehak jain have taken a package from quikr on 21/09/18 as the quikr persons are calling me 10 times in a day to take premium package and committed that u will get good business through our premium package. But till the date no verification call and not even a single enquiry. And now i m chasing the quikr person name ajay prajapti to provide any business then the person is not even replying to my calls or any call back. I really very much annoyed for ur services. I want my money back and really will not suggest quikr to anyone before ur services was good and amount was very less this time i have given 6000 rs for 100 ads that is very costly and despite of that no result.
      Still didn't get any enquiry through my premium ads. This is a fraud that ur company assures the clients for business taken 6000 rs. And after that not even a single enquiry no business. I want my money back as i m dissatisfied with ur services. I want a strict action.
      I want my money back it is a fraud with me as u have taken my hard core money.

        Dear sir/madam we wrote to [protected]@quikr.com on 13.06.18, 01.08.18, 08.08.18 & on 29.09.18 from [protected]@verticalhealthorganisation.com the following but no one turned up to response. The service fraudulently sold by mr. Rajesh [protected].

        Dear sir/madam,

        We ask immediate refund of our payment of rs.4900/- made to you against
        A contract through your executive mr. Rajesh on 30.5.2018.

        The reasons are as follows :

        1. Incorrect service being given : we clearly explained to mr. Rajesh
        That we sell our customers a discount health card by which they get
        Discount on their bills raised at various health service centers like
        Hospitals, test labs, medicines, ambulance etc. But we are getting
        Service of home nurse.

        I am enclosing herewith copy of contract wherein no service is
        Mentioned.

        2. Service sms on incorrect mobile no. The sms alert is being sent on
        Mr. Rajesh's mobile no.[protected] in place of our mobile nos. Is it
        Ethical & logical?

        3. Not responsive to our repeated request & reminders. From very next
        Day of 31.05.2018 i am requesting to correct these irregularities on
        Phone to mr. Rajesh. But even in two weeks the matter has not been
        Solved. Does your service is as quick as your name quikr suggests?

        So please be quick to refund my amount as soon as possible.

        We have given the mobile no.[protected] of our sales executive Mr. Kapil Sharma to receive the service alerts from Quikr. The contact person given is Mrs. Seema chohan with m.no.[protected].

        We are attaching herewith the ist page of the contract wherein all these details will be shown.

        Mr. Rajesh has got his mobile no. registered with our contract so that all the alerts were going to him only. We came to know this from your email that the alerts are being sent on Mobile Number for Leads : [protected] that belongs to Mr. Rajesh

          From quicker i have received mail and i am seeking job for typing/data entry job. I talked mr ritesh (Fraud) phn no. #[protected] he told me to pay rs 4000 and i have paid the same. I have completed assignment of data entry 110 pages also and submitted him. He again told me to pay rs 3850 (As gst) so that they can pay rs 22400 as my first payment but i denied then they told after one month i'll get payment. After following multiple times he has blocked me. I request quicker to please block the person or remove his advertisment so that like me no another person was trapped. He told me he gave me cashback rs 4000 if i paid via paytm that also he has not given.
          I requested quicker team to get my rs 4000 from that person because i dont want to go in consumer forum. I have evidenced belo documents..
          1. Invoice of paytm from which i have sent rs 4000
          2. Records of whatsapp messages
          3. Mail evidenced
          4. Forged forms which he send me and i have send the details.

            No point advertising so much when you can't deliver on your promises! Seems like you are just teaching all your sales people & executives to do wrong selling & make fool of those customers.

            It is more than 6 weeks since i purchase quikr rto services to get duplicate rc card, but till now noboby has responded.

            I was lazy to do the work on my own so i picked this services online.

            When i raised the request on quikr services within minutes i got the call to buy the services. He (Puviyarasan. [protected]@quikr.co.in) called me and said that 2500/- is paid services will be closed within 2 weeks. But till now no response. They have given fake whatapps number where nobody responds and calling also number doesn't work.

            I think lost my money and time, not sure what to do next?

            Can someone look into this & resolve this matter immediately?

            I wish quikr will take a note of this complaint and initiate my refund process asap. I do not wish to complicate things, however i wont hesitate to reach out to consumer court for this pathetic service and mental harassment of the customer.

              Hi,

              I am from bangalore.

              I have used the quickr rto services for ownership transfer of my bike and i have submitted all the documents as requested by the quikr rto services employee on 29th june 2018 and they have informed me that it will be completed within 30-40 days.

              Still it is not resolved and the employees are the most irresponsible persons i have ever met. They haven't given any status/progress of the work at any stage.

              Whenever i'm calling, they simply give some false promises without any commitment. I have even sent mails to their management as given in their website but there is still no action from it.

              Should i file a complaint in consumer court against them, so that at i get back my documents?

              Below is the last mail from that guy,

              We understand your concern pertaining to the status of the ownership transfer. We hereby inform you that we are awaiting for the closure confirmation through the rto, however we hereby inform you that we are expecting the closure within next week.               Mr Pramod has contacted me today though mail and send this,

              "As per our telephonic conversation we hereby inform you that as we have received an update from the concerned team we are expecting the closure by this week within 06th October and once we receive the confirmation on the same it will be communicated to you. "

              FYI, the telephonic conversation was "pramod: sorry sir the voice is breaking, i will send you a mail "

              Attached is a screen-shot of a similar mail he sent on 26th July. also he has given this promise a number of times through mail and phone. The funny thing is still he has only one answer after all these days. "will be done by this weekend"

              I want to know a few things:
              * How can i track the status of current stage of ownership transfer by my self
              * Is there any reference number/acknowledgement or any things that is given from the rto office .
              * Can i go to the RTO office and make sure the documents are safe? if yes how should i proceed

              My biggest concern is regarding the safety of the documents, if you are not able to complete the ownership transfer or if you think it will get delayed more please return the documents back to me. ie .. original RC, form 28 and form 29.

                Hello, I have shared all documents for owner transfer for the below-registered number on August 7th and I have paid 1700 Rs same day. At the time of receiving documents, I have been told that I would receive the new RC in one month that means by September 7th. I have not received RC till today and no updates after taking documents and money. Just by looking at Quikr, I have expected good service but now I have realized it looks worst than outside RTO broker. Please check the status of my RC owner application and let me know.

                  I had applied for a job on quikr via then after i have received a call from this number -[protected]. She is telling me that my cv has shortlisted for l & t construction company as a junior engineer. She is telling me deposit amount for registration fee-2200 and other process like account opening, documents verification charge, prm fee, gst charge. Total amount is -36508.                   I have completed all process but i don't get a job.

                      Very unorganized company. Unsupportive staff full of liars. They asked Me to make the payment for my premium add and commitment good service in return. It's been More than a week I have been calling them and every time getting fake commitments. I am very disappointed as a customer. I demand my money back if not the service promised.
                      Will never use Quikr again and will request others also not to trust Quikr !!!

                        I make my product for sell on quikar. They tell me if I paid for premium they sell my all items and than when I call quikar customer care they tell me we have no any commitments to confirm sell your item. And then tell me we only do advertising in premium add. They take 1850charge for premium add and I never get any response from any person.its fraud on name of premium add.

                          I was told by an executive that if I pay 6% of my ad amount my product will be sold in a month. It's been a month and my product never sold. Also this is my third complaint against the same issue where I got no response. Quikr is one of the most lethargic and worst company I have ever seen!!! They don't care about customers and simply charge us by miscommunication. They will never contact regarding the issue even if you mail them several times. I was unable to edit my ad when it was premium and this stupid Quikr didn't reply to my mail for the issue at all!!! All fake

                              Guy name Manish called me & sold me premium plan, he asked for my User name & OTP for login & he logged in & posted few ads for me, he told me within one week I will get good offer, 4-5days has passed today I finally received a single offer & it was mentioned I have to pay 700₹ bucks again if order is confirmed, what is going on is it any kind of scam. The guy told me everything is included in 1100₹ which I have paid, moreover I have wasted 4-5days after that I got a single offer are you guys serious I posted same ad on OLX for free I got 20-30 offers, it’s a small request from you guys I have wasted money on you I know but can you please ask your sales Person to call me or come to my place with a good offer, that guy Manish told if you will not get any good offer then our guy will call you & give you a good offer. So please do that now.

                                On 25th september i placed and ad for a. C. I got 5 calls convincing me to buy the premium service.
                                Promises made by feroz
                                1) price for the item will be fixed that is i will get a fixed amount for my a. C. As premium customers will buy where they will be given 2000 cashback and offered 6 months warranty as they r buying from quikr verifed seller
                                2) convinence fee waiver as i am a premium seller.
                                3) call made to me as they have lot of requirement for a. C. I e buyer is ready.
                                4) not to use my ad credit as the sales guy will use it for inter state posting.
                                5) negotiation on my behalf with customer
                                Believing this promises as he also told call is recorded and also will be given invoice which states the same so he cannot give false assurance i purchased the premium ad.
                                6) the ad will be quikr certified so it will get better sale prospects.

                                I have not received one call after making it premium.

                                Now i realise that i was fooled and these facilities are not available. After this no response to my complaints.
                                I want refund of my ad money back as it was sold on false promises.

                                  I have not been contacted as of yet, would request you to arrange a call in the next 24 hours as i need to talk to someone, this is concerning my business .I had paid for three months plan wherein i was suppose to receive leads and was promised to get minimum 20 leads a month but my subscription is on the second month without any lead .The person who was dealing with me and had said would look into this has not been responding since i took the plan, i have sent many mails to the Quikr support team but they respond once in a blue moon without any solution .

                                  This is not at all acceptable, i have not received any call from Quikr nor anyone has responded to my last message . I would not want to be doing business with a company who are not at all responsible and this is the last time i am reaching you out .After this i will start taking action against it .

                                    I am a home owner who has rented my home to quikr home (Originally grabhouse). I have been trying to get resolution to simple problems and none of them have been resolved in months.

                                    Problem #1. Quikr deducted tds on the rent they collected but never landed up depositing this to the govt. When i tried to claim it govt is saying we don't see it in the 26as. For months this is an open issue. No resolution.

                                    Problem #2. Quikr has 5 girls staying in my house and claims they have all signed agreements. However, they refuse to get these agreement registered even after repeated reminders. Again its been months but no resolution. My society is asking for identity o the tenants and i do not have anything.

                                    Problem #3. Quikr deduced 13k without notifying me. When i asked for details they are unable to provide. As per contract, they are supposed to cover all incidentals and i'm only supposed to cover maintenance charges. No updates for months.

                                    Totally, unprofessional folks running the show in pune. I have one contact now in bangalore but its not helping that the person is in blr.

                                    No steps have been taken by the company except writing to me on this forum. In fact I found fraud that they haven't even paid the electricity bills for my flat and now my flat electricity has been cut off. NOT RESOLVED!!!

                                    Sunil HM (sunil.[protected]@quikr.com) has been my primary contact. He has been totally non-responsive. And Just so you know I recently learnt that they have not paid electricity bills for months amounting to Lakhs of rupees.
