I am Arnab Kar from Baguiati. Recently I have been cheated by Quikr Jobs Pvt LTD. They said to me that they will provide me a job in exchange of some money. I paid them some amount but then I contacted with the company in which they said to give me the job. And the company told me it is fraud. I accept that the mistake was mine to send them the money. But I do not want other student or job seekers to go through this. Now I ask them for refund, but they said I have to pay an amount to get my refund. Details of the company given below.

I had posted an ad on Quikr for selling my almirah on 30.07.2021. A fraudster (mobile number [protected]) posing a Furniture shop owner from Mumbai approached me saying he wants to buy the almirah. He stated that he will remit the money via PhonePe application. While remitting the money he had sent me a reference number stating that after entering this reference ID amount will get credited into my account.
However after entering the reference number, amount got deducted from my account. 2 transactions happened in this way. Transaction details are below:

Transaction ID- T2107312043465185902715 (Amount INR 19000/-)
Transaction ID- T2107312042037456887553 (Amount INR 4998/-).
Please block this fraudster’s account and credit this total amount into my bank account at the earliest.

I had submitted my mail address and phone number on Quikr jobs and they are misusing my phone number and sending a lot of texts and calling me, i would like to quit and want them to stop calling and sending text.

I received what's app msg from Deepthi freelancer. She said no money to pay you have join tha work.. I join and completed 1000pages to convert PDF and send mails. After quality report. She says I pay 690 and 1700 to open a wallet for salary. I paid.. now her mobile number was switchoff.. every day little bit of time she on her mobile. Her mobile no : [protected]

I was sent a link to fill the further details of mine and make a payment of rs.29 . Instead rs. 2149 was deducted . I am very displeased with the job offers I have received from quikr jobs, all of the jobs are fraud. Kindly check all the jobs you'll are providing is legit and genuine.
Kindly take an action regarding this.

This is to inform that "hirejob" a company from quikr gave me a job of data entry. And they told to complete within 5days . On 5th day they said as we need extension or not. So I took 1 day extension by paying 1180rs. But now they said that I have to pay 9000 or 10, 000 as I have don't done on time. But actually I did my work on time.I don't have money to pay. I already paid 1180rs for extension of one day again I paid 7080rs. After that also they are threatening for paying 10, 000rs . They are threatening to file an legal action report. Help me . And report this fraud . Thank you

I was needed maid for my home, so I put my requirement in quirk, than ‘Book my maid named company from Mumbai called me and said we got it number from quikr, I said ok, than he said we will provide u maid and share candidates profile on Whatsaap and company license and address and all and ask for advance so that we will book ur maid and sent to u on Monday, I said I will pay whenever I got maid but he said this is rule of company, u should pay in advance, but I sent him 5k and told him balance I will pay when I got maid, he said ok but after paying him, he stop picking my call, stop responding and block my number, we people believe on quikr aap that’s y sharing our requirements with u but what u guys do, without even checking companies whether it’s fraud or real sharing our number with them, after this I will not find my requirement in quikr, plz help me and give my money back to me and catch that fraud company and stop them making fool of peeps, it’s a request, consider on it . This is number from where I got call (+[protected], and this is number where I Paytm him 5k[protected].

I ordered for servicing my AC and fitting it to my new home through quickr named Mr.Manickam DTS air cool system korattur, phone no.[protected], [protected] sent his persons to service and they took my Indoor unit get it overall service and they took it back the next day. Fitting the outdoor unit was done horrible and they bent the copper pipe as per the below pictures where the ODU fitting was not proper and the AC malfunction many times at night that it gets switched frequently and unnecessary cut of as they have changed the main board of the AC is my suspicion. For this work they charged my Rs 4500/- for this improper work. even after speaking to them about this issue they are mentioning that we will have to pay them service charges for the fault they did to my perfect running AC. I sincerely advise to take action against this unethical service that did.

Plese provide broadband leed you give not costumer lead from your side iam very angry from your service becose your sales person say me my is plans unlimetd leed but I have not any lead from your side if you have not my problem solutions than you refund my money plese

I thought its just 20rs and tried the transaction and it detected Rs 4929/-

I had to raise a complain to bank and still they are following up.

On 16th of July I posted a free ad on Quikr.com and very soon a lady executive contacted me and told me that for better visibility your ad should be premium ad and will be visible from all locations and will be displayed for a period of 60 days and that the charge will be Rs 1000. Accordingly, I sent the money within a few minutes and lady executive told that every thing is all right and your ad will be displayed as promised.

To my surprise I found my ad on their website as a free ad for a few days and later found it removed. Thus the lady executive has collected money from me and cheated me by not displaying my ad. I tired sending mails to their customer support and called the executive a number of times, but no one is responding.

Could you please help me resolve this issue at the earliest.

Some VR Subramanyan called me under the fake name Shubhojit Patra and asked me to fill an application form worth Rs. 49 for job. After filling the form and bank details, they debited 4900 from my account instead of 49 with no message and email of the same. Its been 4 days since the incident took place and till now my money hasn't been refunded. I'm a student and 4900 Rs. means alot to me. I need my refund or else I'll file the complaint against the concerned person as well as quikr in the local cyber branch.

I had posted a add to sale a school bus on Quikr .. 1st executive called me and told me to pay 2999 for ad.. I dint pay and waited for free response... Next day on Bakri I'd another executive called me and said you have offer so you can take gold premium package at 1999 and if vehicle doesn't sale in one month you will get refund.. I said ok and paid through upi.. I have screenshot of payment and also recordings of both executive..
Next day again they called and said pay 1000 then only you will get calls for your add or else no and there is no refund also... I haven't got one also call for my add till now and executive is not picking up my calls and forcing me to pay more 1000/-

I do two data entry jobs. i successfully completed it with good accuracy.
the company name: freelancer, Kerala-work has converted the image to pdf.-executive phone number:[protected].they are asking money. why I should pay money. I do 93.33 % accuracy. please put this company on the block list. she collected money 676+1700.
another company-aditeq.in/login/-is also a fraud company. she also collected 2000 Rupees. I complete my work 98.33%. why there are asking for money. I do not understand.

please help to give me money from freelancer and aditeq.in companies.

This morning I got a call from a guy named aarav sindhe spoke to me regarding job opportunity and asked to submit resume and passportsize photo. I sent a mail and this evening I got reply from him that in order to get my resume to be selected I need to pay 3800 fee in advance and 22000 after selection.
