I Posted a Free AD on Quikr For a Laptop worth ₹100000 & as soon as I posted that free AD a Call from Quikr Executive Came to me Telling That If I buy Premium for AD they Would get me customers From all over India with Triple Response & Without Telling me any Cancellation or refund Policy he convinced me to buy the pack & I Bought it & within just 4 days I Started Contacting Them For refund Through Twitter which they most time skipped & A Call Comes from Their Customer Service Which Told me that Yes For A premium of AD that I Paid ₹2000 I Was Not getting any response Only till date 4people from all over india contacted me & When I asked him to refund me he refused saying That it is non refundable & you agreed on our T&Cs & when I told them your executive never told me that It is Non Cancellable He said that its my Mistake & I should Have Asked before Purchasing

I Told him since your Premium Ad did nothing as described So you should Refund me because It did not get me buyers & He simply Said we will look into it yes there is problem we will fix it but I told him to just give me my refund he rudely interrupted me for asking refund & Just then I Decided to complain online

Before Writing This Complaint I Have tried Reaching Quikr On twitter but they are just skipping my messages & I Have Told them That I will Complain online So I hope my last chance is Consumer Complaints

Quikr cheating for Rs.2 old coin sale and forcing the customer to pay the premium amount also one of the executive spoken to me very rudely saying that what I have paid for Rs.1700 for premium amount is useless to post the add his no. [protected] Sivan marium. Please look into the issue more people are cheated by Quikr add and the executives behaviour is very rude. I dont know how the Quikr appointing such kind of persons as executives. They don't even know how to talk to the customers.

EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION ON QUIKR

I was looking to buy a used phone on the online platform Quikr a while back. I got in touch with a seller, agreed on a purchase and made the subsequent payment.

As is on Quikr and for those not familiar, in order to ensure safe transaction, when the buyer makes a purchase the payment then enters into holding under Quikr. Quikr then sends OTP via email to the buyer, who, upon arrival and inspection of the product will then send the subsequent OTP to the seller. The seller will then draw the payment from Quikr.

Now, unfortunately on my purchase, the payment email went directly to the seller with no email sent to my end. Suspecting some technical or connectivity error I decided to wait for some time but upon receiving no email regarding the purchase, I suspected it was a failed gpay transaction and the amount would not be deducted from my account for the transaction. Thinking as such, I made another payment via net banking to the seller in order for a successful purchase, but upon the same thing happening again I decided to contact the site and look into the transaction.

It seems the seller received both payments directly along with the subsequent emails without any sort of notification to me thereby making me pay for a product twice. The seller in fact never sent me the product then or afterwards and he became out of contact soon after.

Quikr denied receiving payments after I contacted them, but fortunately I saved a screenshot of my payment page and after I sent them a copy they then told me they have already released the payment to the seller. The fact that Quikr failed to send me the OTP email and they send it directly to the seller is solely a transgression on their part, and they failed to acknowledge their error even after complaints were filed to them.

This might be a fresh type of scamming strategy or the Quikr website may not be secure enough so scammers can hack the transaction so as to direct the email straight to the seller. This unfortunate experience highlights the immense insecurity of online classifieds platforms such as Quikr and I would like to advise users to exercise extreme caution.

Requested to you for my money refund.I had applied quicker for data entry and same day call from quicker on 31st July job for data entry operator at ICICI Bank near by branch. After that I had paid AMT of 850rs for verification. I have paid total amt for my data entry operator job 82788.This amt they will trf me after joining.On Friday(13th Aug) I reached the location for training that time they said there is no scheduled in today my full day is wasted. After that they called me at evening 5 and told me now it's not possible today so we will confirm you on tomorrow(14th Aug).
On 14th Aug they called me and told how this opportunity is cancelled and they give me better opportunities Job.Now they are requested to me pls pay more 40000 for Job. I was already told him I can not paid this amt, if you give me job for same amt I will agree otherwise pls refund my money to my account. But now they are not refunding.
So I requested to you and your team pls refund my amt.

I have applied for job.An agent call me for recruitment in HDFC and demand me money for further steps.I give it and at last i cancelled the procedure but now they are not giving my money back.My full amount is approximately 2, 75, 000.kindly provide some support regarding this.

I used Quikr to find maid in Shimla. Someone from Krishna Placement Agency Lakshmi Nagar Delhi called. He said 5k have to paid in advance and maid would come today. However no maid has been provided and no one is picking my call after the amount I paid through Paytm.

This is regarding an excess amount 2939 debited from your site Quikr placement in the morning 12/08/2021.

I received a call in the morning for job search requirement, I am sharing the screenshot regarding the same, the amount on the screen was seen as 29 and amount debited from my account is 2939.

Request you refund my amount, I have forwarded the same fraudulent copy to put a FIR further for the fraudulent transaction.

initially they asked to pay Rs.6000, we made the payment and when asked for confirmation email, the seller demanded for more money Rs. 2750 saying delivery charges and later said he will give that back as cash back, and after collecting this amount, I have not yet recieved the product and when called he asks for more Rs. 3000 saying GST, please blacl list such sellers from your site, as its pulling your reputation down.
I am approching uou 1st to get my refund and will appreciate for the same else i have no other options than reporting them.

Mr. Mohammed Yunus from Quikr promised me a particular package saying that it was specially for me and he had taken the necessary permissions, only for him to disappear after the payment was taken. After constant follows ups I was resent an activation mail (after a week ) and someone called me saying that they can’t provide me with the package they promised but just the basic package would be provided as it was not in their systems. All details of my package and my correspondence has been put down in mail but they refuse to acknowledge it. I was told they won’t refund my money and I would have to accept what they are giving me. Hi, I Got A Call From One Person, His Name Is Mr. Mohd Mustakim Khan, He Said That He Is Calling From Quikr And Shared His Quikr's Id Card Through Email And Whatsapp. He Explained About Your Business Plan Called "Quikr Business Growth Proposal (TAMIL NADU) " And Explained About The Proposal Deeply And He Said That He Give The Committed Business Leads For My Business As Per The Business Categories From Throughout Tamilnadu And He Shared All Details Through Email Too . In That Email, He Mentioned The All Cities Name List Too On That Email, So Only I Agreed That Proposal. For That Service He Asked Me To Pay ₹ 12345/- So I Paid The That Amount In 2 Dues. As A 1st Due I Paid ₹ 1000/- On 15th July 2021 And Another Time Was Balance ₹ 11345/- On 19th July 2021. After Payment Was Made, He Said That, He Will Provide The Service Only For Chennai Metro City Only, And He Asked Me To Confirm Those Through Email And He Shared One Email Too, In That Email He Mentioned And Asked Me To Approve That Email, But I Didn't Agree, And I Asked Him To Give As He Committed Through Email Earlier. But His Said One Of His Senior Will Call Me, So I Was Wait For 2 Days, Then His Senior(He Said, His Name Is Sushanth)Called Me On 23rd July 2021 And Said Those Information Shared By Mistaken, So He Asked Apology To Me And He Said That If I Pay ₹ 1500 Only Able To Give The Service As Mentioned In Email Earlier. But I Didn't Agreed. Then He Argued With Me Finally He Disconnected The Call By Saying He Has Some Other Work. Then Immediately I Called To Mr. Mustakim And Said Those Details And He Too Argued With Me. But I Didn't Convinced, So He Too Said That He Was Busy And He Too Disconnected My Call, But Still Now He Did't Call Me And Even Not Picking My Call. I Don't Know What Todo, I Believed Quikr. So Only I Paid. After That I Contacted Quikr Customer Care Many Times, But No Response And I Sent Quikr's Email Id, But No Response. I Think They Are Fraud. Please Help Me.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have received a call from Quiker and I have paid Rs. 70, 000 for a job in Axis Bank. Please give a solutions and document prosses are true or wrong please tell me attached document

They are asked money for security deposit
After I will payed money.. They are asking money again and again totally I am paid 15749/- please refundable my amount.
