I made payment on quikr payment page because there are alot of scammers on quikr that's why i only want to pay on quirk payment eventhough they charged extra, i know it's worth to be safe for some extra money. First i paid with UPI but i didnt receive any email nor notification, i thought there is some gpay transcation problem, i waited about an hour but there is nothing i asked to support they said their must be something wrong and it will reverse back to my account, he told me to try with netbanking and i did, no email or no notification. It turned out the confirmation email went straight to the seller not to my registered email which suppose to come to my mail so that i can share the opt to seller only when i receieved the item, so that seller can not scam the buyer, in my case the hacker somehow got quikr system to sent this OTP to his email. Since I didnt get confirmation email from quikr on both payments, i sent email to the quikr they said they didnt received any payment for the item. They told me the item is marked as 'delivered' but on my order list my ordered item is not there which is supposes to be there, my other item which i order before only is there.
I cant lost my money for their system is not secure, it's their problem not mine. They should refund all my money, and they should sue the hacker.
