Thru quickr i go for a smart phone oppo find x, ad id:[protected] dated 31/05/2021 communication thru whattsup.Dealer name:--manish, full payment made(rs-20000/-).Now no reply while messaging thru whattsup, its about 1 month.He provide me with 2 courier details one delhivery & other is shadowfax surface, while tracking it shows invalid details.Iam attaching all the chat details for ur reference.

A gentle reminder of my complaint id:--359022, now the same team uses other whattsup no:----[protected] previously this no:----[protected] for the sale of mobile phones.I made this complaint to avoid cheating people by this people, where i am cheated for amt of rs-29500/-.
So pls take necessary action against these peoples.
Some of the Ad ids posted in auikr by them are

          I got a call from quikr.com for job he asked me for documentation I have send him documents then he said to pay amount before interview i refused to pay amount before interview then he started threatening me for 70000 he said i have pay this amount in order to refuse the job what should I do now help me out

            I give you a bunch of fake laptop seller in Quikr, who comes under same profile with different names as Pranav kumar, Rahul, Pawan etc.., . But with different phone numbers. When we try to order, they pretend with one number as seller and other as dealer. but all those numbers belong to same.

            As, I had already made a complaint on 22.06.2021, but no action was taken, simply an automated mail was sent.

            I think without Quikr insider help, these fake sellers can't post several premium ads. So, Quikr needs to look into this matter

                    I had applied in quikr for job... And i got the whatsApp message about typing and form filling job. They asked for some fee amount to deposit first. I denied. And from that i block them. But they were just messaging me with different number about job and doing spam call. They just disturbing me.

                      I got a call from +91 [protected] Fraud sales person Mohammed Yunus Emp ID: 5569 sells a business lead package worth Rs. 5000 with the promise of 20leads but after my payment, he disappeared and no service has been delivered 21+days not a single lead has been received he forwards all official links quicker only even he has created a business profile of my company (Appdid Infotech LLP) in the quicker listing with registered number [protected] but not a single leads received yet more than 3 weeks gone since package activated.

                      I need my 5000/- INR money back I don't want this kind of fraud service from quicker.

                        Today a woman named Priyanshi sharma texted on whatsap that she is from axis bank providing data entry job. I hadalready applied for data entry jobs in quikr. She said need to pay rs. 29 and directed to a quickr site. She said to register . Then for payment bank details was asked. I entered. And otp from bank was also asked. I entered that tooo... Suddenly a withdrawal of 2929 from my account happened.. They were cheating and when I asked for refund she asked me to once again register and enter otp... When I strongly asked her for refund she asked my google pay no. And name. I given details. Till now after 8 hrs no refund... What will I do now

                          On 09.06.2021had ordered a laptop Asus Rog Strix on Quikr, Ad Id[protected], whose name on profile as Pranav Kumar... While contacting him on number [protected] he said his name as Anirudh, works for Anirudh Electronic Hub, Gaushala road Karol Bagh New Delhi.

                          Based on several discussion, and seeing a Delhivery shipment proof I had ordered laptop.
                          They demand for more and more money, by playing several cheap tricks like not on stock, go for higher model, pay for GST, dealer increased price like this it goes on...

                          Finally I paid a sum of Rs 30150 for Rs.21000 product, still they are not delivering product, or not making a refund.. They still demand me 3000 as additional by saying dealer had increased price...
                          They post a cluster of ads in premium category, all comes under same profile in different names and phone numbers, without Quikr help they can't do such cheat.

                                I had been contacted by a fraud customer. He approached me to buy the wardrobes that I had posted online and he said he will pick the furniture the next day.

                                He said he wikll pay through paytm. He send me hello on paytm, and I send a tick acknowledging the mssg.
                                I dongt use paytm and I wasnt aware of how the voucher works.

                                He send me a voucher of 20, 000 doing part payment of the price and as soon as I got his mssg 20, 000 got deducted from my account.

                                The account on quickr has been registered by a fraud and no kyc or background check was done. I trusted the buyer because he was listed as premium buyer.

                                He hacked into my paytm and he also had a fake bank account listed with rbl bank. The kyc there was fake and the bank didnt check.

                                Because of this I have been in so much trouble, I lost 20, 000 and the emotional trauma this has caused me is priceless.

                                I have tried calling all available numbers of quickr but there has been no response. I send a message on contact us still no reply.

                                I have been exploited as a consumer and quickr has done nothing to help me yet.

                                  With the above name one service provider is cheating people through quiker.
                                  I am Kavita and I am from Mathura.
                                  I am in need of a baby sitter for my baby, so I searched it on quiker, I found the above service provider, when I called him, he asked me for advance, at first I refused but then I am in urgent need of baby sitter so I sent him only 500rs. as advance though he was asking for more. After getting the money, he has not responded to my calls, and has not provided me with any maid/baby sitter.
                                  It is not the matter of 500rs, It is the matter of trust and self respect, how can someone play with the need and emotions of the customer.
                                  I don't know with how many people he has done the same thing.
                                  It is requested to you to take strict action against this. Because such people are SPOILING QUIKR NAME TOO.
                                  Kindly take strict action on this please, so that he will not able to cheat any one else.
