I had transferred Rs. 9350/- from my Quikr account to my bank account on Dec 30, 2020. But i have not yet received it into my account. Kindly resolve my query at earliest. In times like these when it is so easy to transfer money from one account to another, failure of transactions is an extremely stressful thing.

      I was contacted by Shiv Kripa Placement Services' employee Manoj Prajapati, who promised me to send a live-in maid after receiving 15k.

      After that my number was blocked by him and there was nothing I could do.

        I ordered the sofa on 2nd jan. It was supposed to be delivered on 20th jan. From 20th it changed to 21st. It's been 22 days I hvnt got it as yet. On the tracking status its been showing delivered to nearest hub for 3 days. For 4 days its showing that the delivery will be done on 21st jan at 9 am. I made the payment in advance. My money is gone and I havent got the sofa. With this kind of service I dont know how the sofa will be. Will it be torn, damaged old and tattered. It is supposed to unboxed with no defects. Let's see how it is when I get it or if I get it.
        Very very poor service. Will never buy anything from quikr.

            I sold a graphics card in quikr and got the money in quikr wallet Rs 5500. I tried to transfer that to my bank account but its been 5+ days amount is not showing in my bank account. Fix this asap and return me the money.

                After converting my ad to premium (Rs 499). I got a call from Quikr Executive asking me to take a service where the executive would personally take care of my ad and with guaranty of selling the product. The executive told me the service was with Rs1000. And since I’ve paid Rs 499, I only need to pay Rs 501 extra to take the service. After I paid the amount there has been no communication from Quikr. I feel like cheated by the company.

                  Quikr is running a Ponzi scheme. When you try to post an ad, they will not publish it and then someone from Quikr will call saying we should go for a premium ad and then they will take care of posting the ad and taking care of customer communication and we will just be informed about the final sale.

                  Once you buy the premium ad no one even responds to your message

                        Hello the buyer had made the payment to quikr and i have iven the item to the buyer he had given me the OTP for payment 19999 has been deposited in my quikr account and then i tranfer that money to bank account still it is not deposited in my bank acoount i m having so much trouble i was not knowing quikr delays the payment too much please deposit the payment to my account wen ever i call to the coustomer care they tells that we dont know about this quikrbazaar we dont handle what is this no mail reply recived i need money or else i m going to complAINT AGAINST ME AND THE BUYER

                            Sir they ask to pay 29 rupees to get reference id by Payal Singh for interview appointment.and then i paid them 29 rupees but thety cut 2948 rupees I don't know how. I request to refund my money but now they are not receiving my calls at all. Quickr is doing fraud

                                I paid by my debit card, i complete all the process for payment and payment is paid.

                                But after getting paid invoice from you by mail.
                                I got new mail at 8.36 pm for payment fail and payment is pending.
                                But I already paid the amount for Rs 708 and i also got my paid invoice.
                                kindly solve the issue
                                1) why Add is not published yet even after payment paid ?
                                2) what is the reason to send mail for PAYMENT FAILED & PENDING?

                                Kindly provide me your helpline calling number to do the solutions.

                                Refund my payment if advertisement is not published.

                                  I have been writing to the DL since the last 4 days hoping for a resolution but nobody has bothered to answer my query or try and resolve the issue. Its with deep grievance am writing that an item Sofa cum bed with Storage that I had posted on Quikr was successfully sold on 8th of January. I had called up quikr customer care multiple times that day requesting that what if the buyer gives a false OTP to which quikr personnel mentioned that the portal wouldnt proceed until the OTP was correct. The buyer had arranged for his own pick up for my furniture, and shared the OTP which was accepted by quikr, post which I got an email from quikr that my item has been successfully delivered to the buyer by a certain Fouzia Shaikh and the amount will be transferred to my quikr account in 4 hours. I had to call quikr customer care post 4 hours as it had not come to my wallet post which it was credited to my quikr account and within few minutes I initiated the bank transfer for the same amount. I have been following up since last week 15th Jan trying to get hold of customer care who are saying the call back will be arranged by quikr bazaar. its been 10 days since my item was taken away from me, the buyer made payment to quikr, it came to quikr account but it hasn't been credited to my bank account.
                                  Jayshree from customer care today mentioned she has escalated the issue and I will hear back from someone from payments team but I still haven't, This morning someone from quikr payment called with the most bizarre accusation that she will only credit to my account if buyer has received the product, I was really really agitated hearing that, as a seller my product is gone for free, itsbeen 10 days, the buyer has himself arranged for the transport, quikr themselves confirmed that the item has been delivered to buyer, they credited my cash wallet but they refuse to credit my account on the premise what if the buyer ast got?

                                  I mean seriously, the item isn't with me, the item is marked sold, the buyer;s ITP and chats and photos of pick up are there with me as proof, I have proof that my cash wallet was credit and remit initiated and yet quikr refuses to give me the transaction reference number for my own money, My patience has been tested, I have been lied to and cheated if I don't receive my money deposited in my bank account by tomorrow I will be forced to take a legal action.

                                  I am hereby attaching the following proofs:
                                  1. The mail from quikr confirming the item has been delivered
                                  2. the snapshot from quikr that my item has been sold
                                  3. photos proving my account was debited but no amount has come my bank account
                                  4. whatsapp conversations showing the buyer's chat, the pick up photos etc

                                    A girl named Ishika Saini and Jahanvi Arora called me from Quicker India, as I had applied for jobs on it. They asked me my personal details like my Aadhar card number and photo, my passport size photo, my 10th and 12th marksheet, e-mail id and resume. Then called me and congratulated me for being selected. Other girl asked me to pay 999/- only then she will send me the reference id. I paid her through paytm by scanning the QR code she sent to me. Money was deducted from my account. And when I asked her about the reference id, it was all fake. Kindly help me with this. I wish to have my money back. Companies like Quikr should be banned.

                                      From quikr I received a message about movers and packers called agarwal. But they are fake. They are claiming huge money for my goods to be delivered and also cheated in the name of agarwal.
                                      Actually they are not even Aggarwal. They are operating under that name. But phone number is invalid. Websites and mail is invalid. Please remove their name from your listing and save other customers. Thank you.
