I got a call on 22 October, 2020 from Quikr Jobs agent Vishal Singh and he said there is a job opening in Axis Bank back office. I trusted and never checked the number on true caller. He said I've to pay 1500 rs as registration fees. I never really found these calls trustworthy, but this time I was desperately searching for a job and thought why not take a chance this time. So I paid 1500 rs. Then they said they will highlight my CV and will sent to the Bank's hiring department. So I've sent my CV. Then someone named Pooja Sharma called and said my CV got selected for the job, n they will take an interview through phone for the job but for that I've to pay 4200 rs for the verification purpose as I've applied through 3rd party(Quikr). I paid within 1 hour. Then they called me for the interview. Asked me some introductory questions about me, my education, my family, something about bank etc. I thought this is just a selective interview and later may I've to go for the final interview in office. They said they'll let me know about my selection n office interview date. The very next day they called and said I got selected, I can choose from either Work From Home or Full time, Isaid I'm comfortable for both options, but they were insisting me that due to this pandemic maximum employees are working from home only. I agreed. Then next day they called and said I've to send my address proof so that they can send me WFH kit (Laptop, Mobile phone and Dongle) as they suggested me WFH is the best option during pandemic. And my joining will be from after diwali and asked me for more 7000 rs. Nd again I gave the money. But they haven't sent any bill or receipt as they did for earlier transactions..Then suddenly I thought I should have verified the bank accounts of them and as expected they are not Quikr Jobs accounts they are personal accounts and all bank employees assured me that my money is gone and I won't be recover it again. The yesterday I called them and my parents yelled at them and they said angrily that if I want a refund I can send email. I did, n then the agent from Quikr said they'll let me know about the refund on Monday. I'm waiting for that. After Monday I'll take legal steps against them. But today I'm messaging here on Quikr Resolve and seeking for help for refund of the amount of 12700. I dont know either those people named Vishal Singh, Pooja Sharma and Avinash are real Quikr agents or not but please help me Quikr India. I had faith upon them until I came to know about the accounts are fraud. First 1500 I paid to an UBI account named Quikr India, and rest of the 11, 200 rs to a PNB bank named Quikr Jobs. But now I am waiting for their reply, I don't know I should or shouldn't wait and I know my money is gone but I want my money back. Please help me.
