I've ordered for a product (Sofa cum bed) from quikr.com and to my misfortune i prepaid for the order and trusted the site. The product order have been made on 14th march 2020 and set to deliver on 17th 2020, but it has been rescheduled multiple times (17th to 19th to 21st). The customer care only read out the rescheduled statement which didn't help at all. And the contact/chat to the seller was disappointing as i didn't receive any reply...

I got call from quicker end. His name is ganesh. He said i have lots of buyers for you car etios. U need to pay 1557rs premium and same is refunded if car not sold. He shared his cell number. I had paid 1557rs through online. Post paid amount, i had not received any call and not picking my phone. I raised complaint many time but still not received my money....

I had applied for quikr jobs throu app and next day i received this call from a person probably speaking on behalf of quikr.
He said to deposit 750₹ as a security deposit and then the job is 99% confirmed.
I did some research and found out that quikr doesn't allows interview for money so i didn't paid the money.
Next day this message came that my profile has been locked by quikr.
Kindly look into this matter...

I did net banking transaction for rs.5365 to quikr on 7th march, 2020, transaction ref. Was [protected] igaiglqgs9, but it was reported as failed by quikr, quikr payment id. [protected] but the amount was deducted from sbi bank account. The amount has not been reversed to my bank yet. Please help. It is already a week past since the transaction was made. My complaint to quikr has not yielded any result so far.

My name is mahesh kumar k. I'm from vijayawada, andhra pradesh. Recently i applied for few jobs in quickr like online/offline data entry jobs and also airport jobs.
Few people called me and asked me if i'm interested to join. I said yes. Later they said about the details of job like salary, timing and job role etc. They asking me to pay 2000 rs. How can i trust these kind of people if they are calling from another states....

This is the worst experience, quikr is the worst company they have no system. I have paid online for my order 4 days ago and item is not even picked up and they are lying on my face that we are trying to contact with seller because i spoke to seller also and he told me he has not received call from quikr. I ordered a samsung s10+ from a dealer. He first asked me to send rs.456 as delivery charge. And said full cash payment on delivery. But after payment of rs.456 he told to pay 50% of amount through online. And after i regret it,, he told me to pay 30%. And after that 10%. I have bought fridge from quicker assured on 5th march 2020 against the ad[protected] and made online payment transaction id is [protected]. Every delivery got reschedule and now i am not able to track my item. Called customer care they did false promise and said delivery will be done tomorrow. I am still waiting my delivery. Hey! I haven't received the refund if these three ad ids:

1. Ad id :[protected]. Placed on 23rd february. Got cancelled same day by seller. Got to know that you guys had initiated the refund of this on 2nd march. Then why it is not there in my bank account yet?
2. For ad id :[protected] and for ad id :[protected]. These got cancelled on 24th february and 2nd march, then why did you guys initiated the refund on 11th march...

My name is anita i have applied for jobs in quikrr so one day i got a message on whatsapp dat u applied for data entry job & she said (Shruti) that company will give u 10 days of work which is 10, 000 captcha entry n give u 30, 000 rs n no registration fees give earlier but when we will give you first salary so we will cut 6900 rs from ur salary as a registration fees n we will give you legal agreement n she asked me for my any id proof...

Would like to raise a complaint on quikr for delay in rto service. I had availed of their rto service i. E. Ownership change and driving license updation to smart card on 25th july 2019 but they have only got the smart card done and till date have not provided any positive response relating to the motorbike ownership change.

I had posted an ad and i got call back from quikr executive for premium ad where he had committed to help me selling my car within 1 month or else whole amount will be refunded, hence i paid rs. 2002 vide adid:[protected], but now i have received mail that only rs. 808/- will be refunded.

I have to receive approx 5500inr refund from at home diva. But now as they are shut i am not receiving the money. I have been writing to them since many months but no update on refund yet. I recwived a message in dec aboutbits close down and they agreed to pay the refund money but later on they kept saying it will paid in 1week and after 3 months now no one is responding...

I requested for a personal loan, today i got call from max india finance private limited
He approved my loan and he asked me for a processing fee of 2500 and insurance fee of 5300, i payed all fee that he required and after getting all fee he is not receiving call and now he's contact number is showing unavailable. So kindly request you to see after this as soon as possible...

I ordered a double door fridge through door step delivery and have received it two days late.
Moreover it is found that the fridge is in damaged condition and it's compressor is not working too.

We asked the delivery boys to cancel this order and take the product back. But they denied forcibly took the pending payment.

I have relocated from bangalore to gurgaon in october 2019 and opted for quikr rto to provide me with noc for my two-wheeler (Honda activa). After 2 months in december, they said they can't do it.

Till date, they have not returned my documents including original rc. They are not responding to my emails and calls.

I raised a ticket in consumer court earlier also but there is no response from...
