Quikr Rto Service — owner transfer not done even after one and half month of paying and collecting the docs.

Really disappointed with the fact that quikr is not professional in service provider.

I had paid the amount 10, 000/- for rto services on 1st feb 2018.

7, 000 — for noc cancellation
3000 — ownership transfer

They have collected the documents/original etc.

But today is 7th of march 2018 and it's been close to one and half month still no updates.
When i tried reaching over call / email to the agent, no response.

I have escalated to the higher athority, but what i got update is another 10-15 working days. Funny thing is that they have not even collected the buying party details/documents still. My money is stuck there.

I either need service done asap / refund of my money.

Dear quikr, don't just reply to this asking for registered details and then marking the complaint resolved. I shall further move this case to next level if not solved soon.
